Thanks so much for sharing such special photos. They are wonderful. I am so happy for your FIL and the rest of the family. He is so lucky to have the kind of family that could make this happen. And this country is so lucky to have men like your FIL!

Your story has caused me to understand a lot better the true meaning of Veteran's Day. Thanks again for sharing!

Thank you so much Nancy! You know, I hate to admit it, but it truly made me "wake up" to what these men AND women have done for our country. Even my 27 year old son called last nite after we got home and asked if we would forward some of the pix to him so he could share them with his roommate. How cool is that? It even had an impact on his life at such a young age! I can't beging to tell you the "high" we all got from this event. Truly amazing! Thank sooo much!

Thank you so much for the update and pictures. It brought a tear to my eye as well. I tried to find video for the event on the website of the station you mentioned but they didn't have one.I'm so glad you had the opportunity to share such a special evening with your FIL.
