I thought I'd start us over. Each day is a do over for me anyway. I am have not done much for the last few days. The last time I swam was Wednesday. I've been up and down as usual. Life is complicated right now. My brother with MS has a new lesion on his MRI. DH totaled his car this morning. My sister is having trouble with her bi-polar son who is walking in the foot steps of my brother who died at the age of 47 due to drugs and alchohol. It's hard to believe there can be so much drama in one person's life
