Hello ladies!
Just a quick check-in... yesterday was disc#3 from STS, meso 1: oh my! I had so much fun and felt I could have gone even heavier on some exercises..And today I am SO SORE in my medium glute/inner thigh that I don't know what it could have been to provoke such good DOMS!

This morning while doing the first step portion of Intensity could barely spread my legs apart for air jacks, that's why I skipped the HIIT portion and did only the Low Impact random HIIT...And still had trouble in doing rope climbers!
That workout rocks!And I didn't expect big DOMS because LBB has never given me so much trouble!
Colleen you're so right: I think I will enjoy disc #26 even more!yesterday I had so much fun, time just flew by and legs were frying esp. at the end, during the bonus, when doing all those lifts with the paper plate on my leg

What a luck with TB! These are the things that make me think that there's still good people in this world, it's such a small good thing but it can make your day, doesn't it?
Sarah: how about your kids? I read about your yogurt experiment: I've always wanted to try to do it by myself but don't know why I fear it won't taste as good as the one I buy. Did you add fruit? I read about your choice of being a full time Mom and a nurturing daughter for your parents. I salute you for your choice, it's not easy nowdays too find a balance between work and family, and sometimes it can be stressful or difficult to decide to stay at home and put your family as priority number one.I'm so happy for you that you just did the best thing for you and your dears and you're proud of your choice too!
Nat: I don't run either. When she says 45 mins on the treadmill, I usually do a steady state step routine, i.e. one of her oldies but goodies and I'm done
