Evenin' Friends.
My run of choice was ITread 21/30 run intervals. I surely did not do what I was once capable of in this work out but a run is a run as far as I am concerned these days. I'm just happy my legs will still carry me.
Jacque:: You are right, I love to run when I just want to burn up the calories but I actually had myself set up for a run today as per my rotation. I just wasn't sure if would rather save it for tmrw since I prefer to go to the gym in the morning. I decided to just leave my schedule as is though. I've messed around with it and messed it up too many times already. I need to learn to leave well enough alone!

LOL So are you actually COMPLAINING about the tired legs or just stating a fact? Does it feel like a bad thing to you? If you aren't comfortable with it you don't HAVE to do Insanity as produced and can apparently still get great results from it!

Don't force it if it isn't working for you though I would say to give it a little more time. I never thought I'd be able to stick to it and I am surprising myself! In some ways it may even be getting a TAD bit easier! OMG-did I really just say that!?!?

LOL
Lori:: I still remember trying to run while pushing Joey in the jogging stroller. I just HAD to have that stroller and then I used it once or twice and gave it away!!! LOL It's not easy! I give major kudos to anyone who uses one! I see people running races with them around here and it amazes me to no end when they don't come in last place!

LOL Sorry about your bummer KFC experience. I hope tonight's dinner was better. Please don't go posting about it on the O/F though or you are liable to get stoned!

I ever so rarely eat KFC but the last time I did I ordered a sandwich that was just plain lousy! I picked it because it was a "lesser evil" but it was NASTY! Yes I looked up the nutrition info before deciding what I wanted!
Jen:: I'm lovin' all the hot for Shaun T talk goin' on here. Ooh La Lah! My heart belongs to Tony Horton personally but to each his own I always say!

So maybe we should all vote to just completely SKIP the switch kicks in PC next time and see how we like the work out then!?

So I don't think GS one body part a day with Insanity will be bad...well, except for the possible DOMS we could suffer from while trying to do the plank moves n such. THAT could be waaaaay painful.

Getting both work outs done every day though? I don't see it being all too difficult. Heck, I got GS Back plus 6 min abs done in 30 mins this afternoon. Compared to SS, that's nothin'!

I am, however, considering cutting the GS chest work back a bit. I mean Shaun has lots of push ups goin' on in his work outs. I just don't see the need for an extra FULL chest work out. I think GS has that big ol' drop set of push ups in it, doesn't it? Even if I just skip that, I think it will be better. What do ya think?
Regina:: I was going to use P90X upper body work outs within my Insanity rotation but changed my mind. There are many on the forums though that have done it already or are doing it now. Likewise, you will find many who are using STS with Insanity. I'd suggest heading over to the open forum and posting your inquiry there. You will get a much better response I think. We are just a tiny group of women here. HTH!
Guess that about catches me up for now!
See you gals in the morning for more INSANE fun!
