Morning Girls.

I guess maybe Lori isn't working today b/c she hasn't started the thread yet this morning.

That being said, let me get this posted before she sneaks in on me and then I'll be back! :D

Jen:: I am seriously considering your BBC suggestion for my extra weeks of month 1 Insanity. Good idea! If I don't do that then it'll be because I've decided to stick with GS I think. I probably SHOULD stick with GS since I have doing endurance work outs for MONTHS now but we'll see. I mean, I am enjoying the endurance and it's obviously workin' for me so I'm afraid to stop! I am only doing GS b/c I want to use my select techs! :p So what time did you finally pass out last night? I was up too late. I think I went to bed around 11. I am normally in bed by 9:30!

Lori:: It's okay to let them cry it out once in a while. DS went through a phase where that's what I had to do every night for a short time. It's hard to do but necessary. The meatloaf was awesome. I did not eat the french fries though cause I'm a good girl! ;) Okay, now that I am rereading your post from last night I understand why you did not start today's thread. Don't go havin' too much fun at the dentist now, you hear? :p

Today's work out will either be a run and GS back work or Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs. The rotation as I wrote it calls for the run w/the back work but tmrw is probably the better day for that so I may flip flop the work outs. No big deal either way!

So the scale was up 1 pound this morning. Not a big deal. I ate too many calories y'day for a rest day so I kinda knew this would happen at least temporarily. Not worried! Still happy with the number! :D

9-11 Never Forget!

I can remember it like it was yesterday. I worked across the river from the towers. Such an incredibly sad and scary day. :(:(:(:(

Okay...any workout that has not one, but TWO exercises in it whose name starts with the word "suicide" is going to be trouble  and that's what Pure Cardio is. Pure Trouble. Pure Torture. Pure Hell. I hated it.

I hit "puke factor" with about 14 minutes left of the workout. And then I think I took a break after every single exercise left. At one point, my brain was telling my feet to leave the floor, and my feet adamantly refused.

And let me just tell you this...that Cardio Recovery workout is a sneaky little turd. I have DOMS in my obliques and lats today that I certainly was not expecting, and even a little in my butt and thighs! This man is going to kill me.

I *heart* him :D

Wendy: Thanks for remembering what today is :( Ugh, such a terrible day and one that will NEVER leave my memory. My DS had to interview me last night about this day for a homework assignment, and one of the questions was about how I think it changed our lives as Americans. My answer was that it woke us up and made us realize that we are vulnerable. But it got me thinking about how I lived 30 years with this country in a time of peace, and my DS, who is fourteen, has lived more of his life during war time than peace time. How tragic. And frightening. Do you think BBC is easily adaptable to one part a day, too? In case I need some variety :p? Didn't get to bed until ten-ish which was about two hours too late for me.

Hi to everyone else! I'll be around quite a bit today without the boss around ;)

Jen

Morning ladies !

I love the title of the thread this AM ! Nice one Wendy ! :D

Well Pure Cardio is done but, a h e m . . . I thought these workouts had short rests between the intensity? ? ? 20 min non-stop is quite a feat to accomplish - hope I can get there one of these days ! I'm ready for a nap but darn I have to go to work now? Hope I don't fall asleep while I'm processing the management payroll today.

Well I ended up falling asleep a little early, waking at 3 and then falling back to sleep after 4 so was quite tired this AM when I woke again at 5:30. Wanted to stay in the sleep mode but picked myself up so I could join Jen with the Pure Cardio. Glad I did cuz now I'm ready for my day, but me thinks I'll be yawning at work all day again. Hope I get used to all this intensely insane cardio next week. Does it in fact get a little better as far as the tired feeling girls?

Wendy - good job on keeping the french fries to a minimum. I made sweet potato fries the other night but indulged ! Sounds like you have a good workout ahead of you either direction you take. Yes - 9/11 was quite a day - we sat around at work and watched all day - then I did the same at home. Was a very sad and awakening day.

Jen - woo hoo that was a goodie, huh? I kept waiting for the breaks that didn't come? I was huffing so bad I needed some water a couple times just to wet my mouth ! And now I have that lovely "worked hard kinda tired" feeling and I love it too ! Quite a perspective comparing our lives to your sons and so very true. My kids were in high school and talked about it quite a bit also. With my kids they have had numerous friends in Iraq and Afghanistan who have been and come home and some who came home early to to injury or death. I can remember some who I knew that had been in Nam though it was a few years ahead of the time I was cognizant to that type of thing.

OK - the sweat has stopped dripping, time for a shower. All that cardio takes my appetite away - trying to decide what to do about breakfast. I dislike taking it to work but may need to cuz I just don't feel like eating yet.

BBL girlies ! :p

Hey Girls!

I almost didn't see the thread. I knew it had to be started by now so I had to slooooooowly start reading each and every title until I found it!

So here is the scoop with Insanity. Beachbody said that I wasn't charged for xpress postage b/c they don't offer that to canada. Im pretty sure it was an option with Canada in brackets or I would have never choose it. Im not 100% sure I didn't get charged for it either. Shipping cost 24.95 canadain. Now canada post as updated their website and now my new arrival date is the 21st! It seems as if my parcel as been sitting in ontario for the past 10 days! I am a little irritated by this and I wish I knew someone else is canada that ordered something so I could see what their price for shipping was. But on the other hand, I am training for my race so its not a big deal anyway. I won't be doing a rotation with them until after my race is over and thats not until the 3rd week in Oct.

The Drs apt was quit interesting but exactly what we expected. Its kinda hard to see where DS stands with his peers b/c we don't see them very often. Since everyone went back to work its kinda hard to get baby group on the go. Anyway, he is behind with his speech , which we knew....and they want his to see a speech pathologist. They said its better to catch it now b/c we will be waiting for a month to see her and then if they want to see him on a regular basis we will be waiting for another few monthes. Hopefully by that time he will be saying sentences and singing songs! Praying he will catch up!

I don't have time for personals right now b/c we are going to head out for a run. Im not sure how long we will be gone for. I just know that I need to get outta here before I get lazy and hopefully DS will behave himself. It seems like its been a while since I took him for a run.

BBL!
Lori:)

Jacque: I know that yawning all day thing...I've been suffering with it all week. Sorry to say it, but I'm glad you're feeling it, too! I thought I was just really wimpy ;) I'm certain it'll pass, just not sure when. Probably just in time to start month 2 and take it up a notch? Thanks for joining me in the early morning workout! I was actually thinking of you this morning during mine. It was "Oh boy, I wonder if jacque knows what she's in for!"

Lori: I ordered directly from the BB website and also paid $24.95 shipping. I think it's less if you order through a coach. Sorry to hear you have another TEN days  That's ridiculous! I know a lot of young kids who had speech delays, but the speech pathologists do wonders. Don't worry, he'll be chatting up a storm by New Year's and you'll be wishing for the quiet again ;)

Is this day almost over yet? Nope...not even lunchtime!

Jen

I told you all that Pure Cardio is one of the harder ones!!!:eek::eek: Don't listen to Laura...she doesn't know what she's talkin' about! :p:D

I've decided to keep my work out schedule as is. I am favoring a run after DH gets home so that I can have a nice long lazy nap time before picking DS up from school this afternoon. To heck with the housework too. I can do it later. :p

Jacque:: Thanks re the thread title. When I thought of it I said to myself OMG it's perfect! I must use it!!! LOL Nope, there are no rests in between drills in Pure Cardio because it's meant to be more of a steady state work out rather then interval style like the others. C'mon and admit it...you know you loved it! ;) BTW, I LOVE sweet potato ANYTHING!!! :D

Jen:: No, BBC is not good for one BP a day but if you want an am/pm split of cardio and weights it would work nicely since the weight portions are about 30 minutes a piece and you'd really only be doing 3 of them each week.

Lori:: Having to go for speech therapy this young isn't that uncommon and I'm sure your DS will catch up right quick even if he DOES need a little extra help to get there. I wouldn't worry about it too much. Hope you enjoyed your run! I must say that it made me smile to read that you had a hard time finding the thread this morning. :p

All caught up! Time for that nap! :D

TGIF!!!!

Hello Ladies!!!

Wendy .. LOVE the title .. think it suits us all to a "T" ... good job!!!;)

I made it thru my plyo class .. only had one moment where had the stabbling pain .. but it went away .. and I went on thru ... went home got a HOT bath .. and crashed .. slept like a baby!!! Today was cardio recovery.. SIL and I met and did it at lunch .. my inner thighs and hips are a little shaky after that and the DOMS from my plyo class! But it's all Good!!

Wendy ... hey .. I didn't say Pure Cardio was EASY .. just EASIER than the other two :p .. which not sure how much that even says  .. to me the other two w/the going from plyo down to floor planks is what kills me .. takes my breath away and brings me to that puke factor .. never reached puke factor on Pure Cardio .. although those stinking front jump kicks were THE hardest .. YUCK!!! RE: 911 .. yes .. such a sad and sickening day .. I was on the way to work .. got a call and I didnt believe them .. not until I saw it on TV .. our entire work group just glared at the screen like zombies .. in utter shock and disbelief that WE were attacked! A defining moment for our Nation for sure .. and one that I think some have forgotten about sadly enough!!! I pray God looks over those lost and thier families and our Nation!!!

Jen.. LOL about "Pure Cardio is. "Pure Trouble. Pure Torture. Pure Hell. I hated it" and then "I heart Sean" .. ROTFLMAO!!!! yes we are sick puppies to keep tuning into Sean .... he is unbelievable .. and talk about a GORGEOUS body .. his legs are AWESOME!!!! Dont listen to Wendy .. I didnt say I CRUISED thru it by no means .. but it was easier than the other two .. I was askeeeered at the beginning when he was saying "i am nervous about this .. any of you nervous" .. I thought OMG .. if HE is nervous I WILL pass out for sure .. so maybe since I had that thought process going on I was expecting THE WORSE  and got easier than expected :p I thought it was easier!! LOL

Jacque .. I have GOT to hand it to you and Jen .. I dont think I could do Pure Cardio (or any of these w/o) in the morning .. YIKES~ my body would be thinking WTH are you doing to me!! LOL .. these w/o take my appetite away too at first .. but then later once fully recovered I get hungry!

Lori .. boooooo on the shipping .. man that sucks!! I know you are ticked!!! I would check the invoice close to make sure they dont charge you extra .. heck you should get a discount for WAITING so freaking long .. GEEZE .. that is ridiculous!

Di .. hello .. what's on tap for you girlie??

OK .. TGIF... I am ready for 5 o'clock ... w/o done .. going home and have a movie/dinner/date night w/DH ... ;) .. another FUN w/o I hope!! ;);) then tmrw SIL and I are doing first disc INSANE .. THE HARDEST of theHARD .. PCC ..:eek: .. the SUN CPR .. YIKES .. if those dont shake this stone out nothing will LOL .. have a great one!:D

Good Afternoon Peeps.

I'm sittin' here ready to go to the gym but I gotta wait for DH to get home from work before I can leave. They do not have babysitting on friday nights so I can't take Joey with me.

I almost forgot when I made my wonderful lazy long nap plans earlier that I had a GS back work out to do! Needless to say, I cut my nap short and got that done. I tried to match Cathe on the weights but after doing so with the first exercise I realized that when one does not lift heavy for a few months straight, that can be VERY tough to do so I backed it down just a bit and had a much better work out! :) I also did SS 6 minute abs cause I had some extra time and have become fond of working abs several times a week since doing the SS rotation. ;)

So I'm not shooting for any fabulously long or fast run today. I'll be happy with 30 minutes but we'll see what happens. I may fair better today then I have before since y'day was a complete rest day for me. I'll keep you all posted!

Laura:: The whole damn series is crazy hard! I think that's about all there is to it! LOL It's just that some of it is not AS HARD as the rest of it. :p So you had a hard time with the switch kicks too? I don't know what it is about them but man oh man are they hard to do! I've pretty much resigned myself to the fact that I just SUCK at them and do what I can even if it's lame (LOL) cause I know I'll make up for it during the rest of the work out! ;)

Alrighty, got some dishes to wash before heading out.

BBL or in the morning!:)

K girls I am getting sore in the UB and my legs are T I R E D ! ! ! :p I felt almost like this when I was doing legs nearly every day a couple of months ago. And then I start thinking the workouts are even longer in Month 2 !

Lori - LOL at you trying to find the thread ! :p Bummer about the Insanity but yep - but ditto what Jen said - expensive shipping and you want to focus on your race anyway. I am finding these workouts worse than STS Plyo legs and those are only once per week. Good to hear you will work with DS on the speech therapy - heck that type of thing is common and no biggie. Kinda one of those good/bad things with little guys. Just like walking - you want them to walk so you don't have to carry them and then all of a sudden you wish they weren't walking cuz now you have to chase them everywhere ! It will be nice for him to express himself but then you get tired of having to answer them all the time. I am enjoying my DGS and his new found speech. It is quite amusing - but then I'm the gramma and not the mom. Hope you had a nice run today.

Jen - I was a bit tired when doing Cardio Recovery last night. Am not sure how I'd handle this tough cardio in the evening if I hadn't had enough sleep or good eats during the day. Boy, barely could get my legs into the air for the kicks compared to when I did them in the Fit Test. That warm up is a killer ! I do believe it has given me a happier outlook on the day though cuz it is sucking at work pretty badly today !

Wendy - I was secretly guessing that you'd run today - figured it would make sense since you checked your scale this AM and didn't workout yesterday. Nothing like a good run to ship that shape back into gear ! Wait a minute there - ya mean PC is supposed to be HIT as in no interval at all - just high steady state. I tell you I did love it - I made it farther and longer than some of the people on the tape and it was nice to hear Shaun breathing heavy like me ! Great start to the day. If I did it at night I'd probably be down for the evening, skipping dinner ! ;)

Laura - good to hear your workout went pretty well last night - feeling a little more back to normal? I'm not thinking it was easier than the others - I could not catch my breath way too many times. You must be way better at endurance than I am. Now the Cardio Recovery was easy but refreshing for me. I like yoga types of moves. It burned my muscles a few times with the holding stretches. Hope you have a super fun nite !

Diana - hope your day is going well ! Did you get your Pure Cardio in today? Have a better workout than last week? As I mentioned, my legs barely left the ground this AM for the switch kicks. My legs were just too tired by that time. :p

Off to sit down for a short spell for getting back to work. Later babes.

Im on DH's computer again and I will stay as far away from that sensitive mouse pad as i can! Could be tough though:confused:

I went for run with DS and boy it was tough. The wind was in my face for part of it but I don't think I am use to pushing him anymore:eek: I felt like I was sprinting the whole time. Not only that but it was warmer out then I thought. Anyway, I did about 14 kms. I drank a full gatorade when i was out, I am normally ok when I have gum in my mouth...but not today!

Wendy** Im not to worried about the whole speech thing. I could have gave DH a good dig in the ribs when they asked how many words he says and he said "probably 20" Oh yes now! The kid probably says more like 100 words if we had to add them all up.I forgot to tell him off about that, I will save it for dinner time!

Jen** You are to funny! I had to grin at your post! So you are "hearting" this dude are you. I bet its a love/hate relationship:) I guess I was charged the right shipping amount then.

Jacque** I hate it when I wake up and can't get back to sleep. Sometimes I feel like I could get up and do my workout but I know I would be a zombie by the end of the day. I didn't feel to bad at work yesterday. I thought forsure I was going to be lazy but I was good. Didn't take me long to fall asleep last night though. Im hoping DS will sleep in a little tomorow morning!

Laura** Sounds like you have a nice evening played with DH! I thought you were going to have CABS, CABS and more CABS! Hope you get those workouts in this weekend. Think about me while you do them!

So we are having takeout for supper! KFC is what DH wanted so thats what we are having. The last time I went I got ripped off though. My drink was only half full (and I looooove fountain drinks) and my center breast was about 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 if that! And the other peice wasn't worth writing home about:mad: So tonight I will have chicken strips. They will probably give me tiny ones!

Tomorrow night we are getting together with friends. Its one of my close friends b-days today and we are going to wait until tomorrow night to celebrate. Im not planning on having much to drink though.

I also opened my own bank acct today:D its my own little stash! hehe!!!!! I guess I better start saving for that tooth!!!

BBL!
Lori:)

I decided to mix Insanity with P90X. I am going to sub the cardio in P90x for Insanity and continue to complete the Insanity workouts as outlined in the guide. Yesterday I did chest and back in the am and Core Cardio and Balance in the evening. Today I did Max Interval Circuit in the am and shoulders and arms in the afternoon. Has anyone else mixed STs and Insanity or P90x and Insanity?

I liked Pure Cardio and it got easier throughout my first month. In the last week of month one I could complete it without stopping.

Laura: I guess it's different strokes for different folks, because I found PCC to be...more tolerable...than PC. I think it's just that I can talk myself through PCC because of the sequences. PC was just non-stop and I thought I was going to die! Plus it's Friday and that's my most tired day. But I totally agree that he is a cutie patooty with a smokin' bod, and he can abuse me all he likes :p I think it's sexxay ;) But wth is up with that "nervous" talk? I thought "Dude, keep your honesty to yourself! You're supposed to be motivating me here!! Just lie to me, will ya?"

Wendy: Not only are those switch kicks ridiculously hard, but I wouldn't dare let another person see me while I'm doing them  OMG, I must look like a bird trying to fly in a hurricane....arms and legs flailing all over the place...it's shameful.

Jacque: The knowledge of the endorphin buzz is the only thing getting my butt out to do these workouts this week. I sure next week will be better.

Lori: Love/hate...you hit that nail on the head!!But in about seven weeks when he's done torturing me it should be allllllll love ;)

Only fifteen minutes left to this hellish week! Woohoo!

Ttyl~

Jen

Regina: Thanks for the good news! I hope I'm saying that about Pure Cardio in a month. I've just started Insanity and haven't added anything to it, but I've been looking around the internet a bit and see a lot of people are doing what you're contemplating with P90X. I intend to start adding on one body part per day next week, as is Wendy (it was her crazy idea ;)). And Wendy can chime in here to tell you about her Insanity/Slim Series rotation. I think it's just a matter of what you personally can handle. You'll have to give it a shot and see how it goes! Keep us posted.

Evenin' Friends. :)

My run of choice was ITread 21/30 run intervals. I surely did not do what I was once capable of in this work out but a run is a run as far as I am concerned these days. I'm just happy my legs will still carry me. ;)

Jacque:: You are right, I love to run when I just want to burn up the calories but I actually had myself set up for a run today as per my rotation. I just wasn't sure if would rather save it for tmrw since I prefer to go to the gym in the morning. I decided to just leave my schedule as is though. I've messed around with it and messed it up too many times already. I need to learn to leave well enough alone! LOL So are you actually COMPLAINING about the tired legs or just stating a fact? Does it feel like a bad thing to you? If you aren't comfortable with it you don't HAVE to do Insanity as produced and can apparently still get great results from it! :) Don't force it if it isn't working for you though I would say to give it a little more time. I never thought I'd be able to stick to it and I am surprising myself! In some ways it may even be getting a TAD bit easier! OMG-did I really just say that!?!? LOL

Lori:: I still remember trying to run while pushing Joey in the jogging stroller. I just HAD to have that stroller and then I used it once or twice and gave it away!!! LOL It's not easy! I give major kudos to anyone who uses one! I see people running races with them around here and it amazes me to no end when they don't come in last place! :p LOL Sorry about your bummer KFC experience. I hope tonight's dinner was better. Please don't go posting about it on the O/F though or you are liable to get stoned! ;):D I ever so rarely eat KFC but the last time I did I ordered a sandwich that was just plain lousy! I picked it because it was a "lesser evil" but it was NASTY! Yes I looked up the nutrition info before deciding what I wanted! :)

Jen:: I'm lovin' all the hot for Shaun T talk goin' on here. Ooh La Lah! My heart belongs to Tony Horton personally but to each his own I always say! ;) So maybe we should all vote to just completely SKIP the switch kicks in PC next time and see how we like the work out then!? :D So I don't think GS one body part a day with Insanity will be bad...well, except for the possible DOMS we could suffer from while trying to do the plank moves n such. THAT could be waaaaay painful. Getting both work outs done every day though? I don't see it being all too difficult. Heck, I got GS Back plus 6 min abs done in 30 mins this afternoon. Compared to SS, that's nothin'! :D I am, however, considering cutting the GS chest work back a bit. I mean Shaun has lots of push ups goin' on in his work outs. I just don't see the need for an extra FULL chest work out. I think GS has that big ol' drop set of push ups in it, doesn't it? Even if I just skip that, I think it will be better. What do ya think?

Regina:: I was going to use P90X upper body work outs within my Insanity rotation but changed my mind. There are many on the forums though that have done it already or are doing it now. Likewise, you will find many who are using STS with Insanity. I'd suggest heading over to the open forum and posting your inquiry there. You will get a much better response I think. We are just a tiny group of women here. HTH! :)

Guess that about catches me up for now!

See you gals in the morning for more INSANE fun! ;)

Well the weekend has officially begun as work is over - Woot Woot ! ! ! :D

Was contemplating a workout this evening - something like an easy run or a short UB but I am so tired. Yucky day at work, possibly hormonal, getting used to Insanity . . . not sure but I am draggin' tonight. Thinkin' well join Lori, not cook and head on out for a meal this evening. Was supposed to hit the stores but just wanted to come home and veg. Wouldn't ya know that the entire week so far DH has been home before me but tonight, Noooooooo, he's not home yet so we'll get a later start than I had hoped. (Not that he knows my plans yet . . .). Hope I can stay awake long enough.

Lori - bummers about the KFC food - had to LOL at Wendy's comment about the OD but it is so true. Now hasn't KFC started serving broiled or grilled chicken? Thought I'd seen commercials. *scratches head*. Sounds like DS gave you a bit of an extra workout today, huh? Well now, 100 word vocabulary isn't bad at all. That is quite a bit of communication as far as I am concerned. Good girl for getting your own bank account ! Congrats ! That will give you a place for extra workout stash ! ;)

Regina - I'm happy to hear your progress on PC also. It was a doggedly tiring workout this AM which was my first time ! Took the breath right out of me. I had planned on two half hour UB workouts per week but this week has not turned out like it was supposed to so probably will do one tomorrow and that will be it until next week. I will do a variety throughout the Insanity program on the shortest days of the week or the days I find it easier to add extra workout time to my day which is usually Thurs & Sat.

Jen - Yep, PCC was hard but nice to have the rest in between to get the HR back down there. I didn't use my HRM today but PCC it was up to near 160 for me. That is pretty high for me, close to a level 4 on the "other Sean scale". :p I know there have been rotations that have totally exhausted me and think this may be one of them. I surely hope next week will be a little less tired - but then again, I've got a sleep issue, hot flash issue and change in workout going on so it could just be a combo. Oh, the heat has been crazy here too as it has been over 90's again. Takes alot out of me sometimes.

Wendy - NOPE NOPE NOPE - not complaining, just glad to be feeling some effects from Insanity. Most of you have commented on DOMS and I haven't really had any until today so :D. I definitely will stick with it - as I mentioned to Jen, I think it is just adjusting to the program and maybe a couple other things too. I am lovin' it tons - drills & strength training were my favorite parts of sports in high school & JC. Games were fun, but I love a challenge ! Good point about the UB parts and extra chest work. I am feeling DOMS in my back so far - will be interesting to see where else they rear their wonderful soreness !

Off to play around - thinking I may need a new pair of Xtrainer sneaks - my current ones aren't working too well with the Insanity workouts.

Enjoy the evening ladies !

Hey Diana - hope it has just been a busy day and all is good with you !

Hi ladies,

I finally made it here....It's been a long busy couple of day. Good news, I'm down 4#'s from last week (ww Scale). I really haven't changed my eating at all, but I have made sure to get in plenty of water. This is actually my 2nd week of Insanity since I couldn't wait to start...must be due to Insanity.

I picked up the latest fitnessRx mag and it has a long article talking about the benefits of intense workouts. I recommend picking up the mag if you are interested.

This morning I was doing PC with Jen and Jacque. I kind of dread this workout...I force myself to do it because it is so short. The switch kicks are so hard..hopefully I will improve on those soon. The high intensity without any breaks is pretty hard for me too. I end up taking a few breathers 10-20 seconds just to catch my breath.

Our weekend plans are to attend Jerod's football game, steam clean his carpet...once that's dry we'll move the rest of his bedroom furniture and then we can steam clean his empty room. Once the room is ready I'll contact comcast to install an internet connection in that room and then we can move the computer and desk up there.

Wendy-I wish I could add an upper body part every day but can't fit that into my schedule right now. I'm going to try to do UB w/o at least once per week but hopefully twice per week. Yes..GS Chest has the drop set of pushups.

Lori-A speech pathologist can work wonders, especially at Rylan's age. I'm sure he will be talking up a storm in no time. By the time Jerod was 4 he was too heavy for me to push in the running stroller. I did pull him on my bike though and he thought was pretty fun. Against the wind and pushing a stroller...you rock. That's too bad about the shipping fiasco. Mine came right as scheduled.

Jacque-My HR gets into the 160's with these insanity w/o's. I don't usually get that high except during Imax intervals etc. I pretty much suck at the level 1 drills, did better on the level 2 drills today...still not keeping up with Sean though. I have DOMs in my back from these w/o's too and I can pinpoint any specific exercise. Many of the drill utilize the core and that's all I can think of.

Laura-You are a psycho crazy workout girl!!! Hope you are feeling much better today.

Jen-PC has a terrible dread factor for me, even the second time around. I'm getting much better at the warmups so improvement is coming and I won't give up. He just never lets up in this w/o and it takes my breath away. Sean is definitely a cutie pie. And I love at the end of this workout when talks about why he works out-so I can look good-cracks me up.

I'ts 9pm and I want to go watch tv in bed...no..the kitchen still needs cleaned.

See you all in the A.M.
