I updated the Compendium!!!:p

It wasn't easy and I tried my best. :p So if you are interested email me and I will send it to you. Please if you find any errors just let me know so I can correct them. If you have any thoughts on changes or improvements I would be happy to hear them.

The Compendium is a word document that contains all kindss of information regarding all of Cathe's Workouts, ie, Time for each workout, time for each premix, sorts the workouts by weight, cardio, cardio & weights, upper & Lower body, and so on. It also shows what equipment is required for each workout and more....
