Well, folks, I'm back and time to jump in again!

As some of you might have noticed, I used to come on this website ALL the time and chat with everyone and then I was gone...for A LONG TIME. I had a lot of stress issues...

With my husband being gone and then him coming home (harder than most people know, readjusting is difficult) and job/car problems and working WAY TOO MUCH...I ended up going to the hospital because of my heart, my doctor said I have TACHYCARDIA.

I am on medication but I was dealing with so much stress that my heart was the main blow point. But, I am able to work a little less and focus more on bettering my heart and body. I'm relieved and excited to get back into my cathe workout world!

Sorry this is long, just thought some of you might like to know what happened! ;):)

Well, can't wait to chat with everyone again! HAPPY WORKOUTS EVERYONE!:D
 
Good to see you back - that is a horrible feeling when the heart jumps around like that. Once you know what it is it helps ease your mind.

Hope being back helps ease the stress for you too !

Yes, I agree that adjusting to your spouse being gone and coming back after a long absence is difficult. Mine was a Marine, but, luckily, never had to serve in any of the wars! I can only imagine what that adjustment must have been like!

I'm glad to see you have returned! Stress is so bad on the heart! I hope you don't have any further problems! I'm sure getting back into the workout groove will help!

Aaw, thanks everyone for your positive thoughts! It will take time to figure out how to deal with things so I'm less stressed, but it is what it is. I'm trying to make the best out of everything! :p;) Thanks again ladies!:D
 
Welcome back Alana, it's nice to see you back with us! Glad you are starting to feel better. Many thanks to your hubby for all he's done for us. Thinking of you as you work your way back into fitness. Have fun with your Cathe workouts!

Alana- I am so glad you are back, I hope your heart feels better soon. I like taking lavender baths to help relieve anxiety.
