weird question on shoes

So, hardly any makers offer "aerobic" shoes anymore. I was thinking - would Basketball shoes qualify? They are usually higher top shoes - BB players do a ton of running, stopping, starting, side to side movement and jumping. I don't know....wonder if they'd work for Cathe workouts?

Anyone using these? Any thoughts?

Check out Ryka, they make aerobic shoes. They call them "studio" shoes. i think most brands have a studio shoe.

I get cross trainers with extra cushioning. Nike women's has shoes that are divided by levels of cushioning and stability. Mine are level three of cushioning (that's the highest). Ryka has great cross trainers too.
