weights everyday?

I have to do low impact due to a knee injury. So I'm trying to get the best bang for the buck.
I'm doing STS for the 2nd time, and was wondering if I could do circuit training with lighter weights on alternate days. Generally the circuit training hits most body parts, so I can't separate them by body part, or even upper body/lower body. I was wondering if it would be too much. Even 4-5x wk. ie:
m,w,f STS strength
t,th circuit training with lighter weights
s,s just cardio and abs and yoga

Hi Autumn! That sounds like a bit too much on the weights. Try this instead:


M/Wed/Thursday weights (doing upper Mon, upper Wed and lower Thurs)
Sat, Circuit
Friday and Sunday cardio and abs
