Weightloss Challenge Thru Dec - Jul 20th Thread

Everyone must be busy...quiet today. I've had a crazy day as well and ready for bed. I just wanted to check in and say hello and hope everyone is doing good.

I did my last Pylo Legs today and I did it STRAIGHT THROUGH...no breaks!! whew! What a breathing hard, sweat-fest with a lil side stitch by the end, but I DID IT ALL...every single rep!! Even though it was still a toughie, on some of the moves I swear I did better this week on them. Neat to see improvement, but Im happy to admit to be putting these babies a way for a lil while :p I hope you're ready Tina!! You asked for it and you're gonna be getting it for the next 4 weeks! Are you also doing Squat Rack? I did them both b/c I need all the help I can get for lower body.

Great job in your healthy food prep too :)

Anybody else have a kick-ass workout today?

Hello ladies you must b talking about sts. I don't have that one. That's y I cant wait til xtrain comes out. Plus I don't have the other ones crosstrain I think is what its called.
Well I did sjp the step section and then I did step bast first three sections. I love that one. I have done ok with eating I think I cpuld do better.
I've been watching the RT! So fun they played such great music.

Gina, I don't have the squat rack workout. I can't believe you're doing both plyo and squat in the same week. The most I do is tack on the bonus legs from Meso 1 with any of Meso 2 and 3 leg discs. You must have really defined legs. :eek:
