Sue - GREAT JOB on the pushups! I did my first round of STS without my turbo bar and was always down on myself because my shoulder won't take the pull ups on my ab/chin up tower. I think I may try STS again now that I have the turbo bar and see if I can do semi-reclining pull-ups and build up from there
I love the resistance tubing, too! Much, much easier on the shoulder...Let's see what X-Train brings!
My foot is getting better, the swelling is down, but I can't flex my foot without pain - I just walk downstairs like a crab and all is well. I just keep icing and ibuprofen-ing
. I will be finding another strength workout to do today.
