Weighted vest recommendations

Hello all,
I'm about to buy a weighted vest (mainly for STS), but am struggling to find what I want. I think I'll need a heavy one (up to 20kg / 40lbs ?) but would like it to be adjustable weightwise.
They all seem to be made for Arnie! I'm 5ft 9, about 133lb, and am worrying they'll just be huge on me. Also, some look like they'll just make me all clammy and damp. YUK.
Any ideas?

I would recommend it just for the price.
There is a cons on this one. It 's not one of the most comfortable IMO.
When I travel down during lunges the weight slightly dig into my groin area.

you may not experience it as you are taller than me but it's worth trying.

Weighted vest can be expensive.

Thanks Nathalie - I looked at that one, but it only goes up to 14kg. Perhaps that's enough? I did also wonder about the length - it looks quite long on the picture of the man wearing it. As you say, though, it's a very good price.

Justine --- I bought the sand-filled 12lber that Cathe wears in STS. Knowing that I'm eventually going to need something heavier, I bought a higher-quality (more expensive) vest at amazon.com. It's MIR Pro Weighted Vest. No sand---iron or some sort of metal weights. 30lbs max, but you can adjust it.

Hi Justine,

My weighted vest is adjustable up to 19kg, i checked and weighted each weight.
I would not have bought it if it had weighted less.

I find it hard to find a vest suitable to female frame and adjustable up to 20kg or more.

Have you purchased one?
