Weighted gloves

I'm starting STS again ... it's been a while! I used to have Cathe's weighted gloves - the 1 lb that had two .5 lb bags in each one. Looks like she no longer carries them. Anyone know where they are available? I found a 1 lb pair but I'd like to have the .5 lb option. I'm in meso 1 and that .3-.7 lb increase is a tough one! Thanks! - Jenny

You may want to look at pace weight increments. These are small weight increment to
attach to metal weight. Here below is the link.
