weighted gloves

Hi everyone,

I am wondering about the weighted gloves Cathe is wearing in STS. Does each pouch weigh one pound?

The gloves are 1# each, inside the zipper pouch of each glove there are two 1/2 pound bags, the two bag design makes insertion/removal easier.

A few creative STS-ers have used fishing sinkers to increase the weight load.
