How many of you have tried or are currently enrolled in Weight Watchers? I'm trying to decide whether to invest in this program. I need to lose about 15-20 lbs and I know my eating habits are the culprit because I workout several times a week. If you have tried this program, what was your goal weight? Did you reach it? Did you feel satisfied with the food you consumed during each day or were you hungry? How long (ballpark) do you think it would take me to lose what I feel I need to lose? I'm about 158 lbs now and I'd like to get to 140. I feel that's low enough for me because I am about 5'10" tall. Also, I've noticed that there are several starter kits and calculators for sale at a big discount on ebay...is this something I could do without the weigh ins and meetings? I'd like to go that route if it is doable - because it would save alot of money.
