Weight Watchers **WEDNESDAY**

Morning gang-
Up til 1am with storms... March definitely coming in like a lion & hopefully will go out like a lamb! Slept curled up in a chair with the crazy dogs so back not feeling all to great. A BIG coffee day for sure.

Thinking of Low Impact Step (LIS) today as I dont know if I can do a full body strength on no sleep... We'll see!

I really liked and got a great workout with Kickbox Bootcamp - 10 min Solutions. I did 4 of the 5 segments (no abs) and the 10 minute blocks kept my attention. Not a cathe fun factor but some good form work. Ended up burning over 300 calories in 40 minutes. My HR is always higher in the evening workouts - I think my body is just tired to begin with. I will be doing this one regularly-

CHERYL:: ^^5 on completing PUB - I bet doing it at less gusto reaps benefits in & of itself. Good for you on just doing it!;) I LOVE when your scale moves down because mine always seems to follow. I weighed in at an all time low today of 124.8 :7 That 6pm workout may have helped! I am so sorry about yesterday meeting. Its all part of the process I suppose and will make the ultimate change that much more sweet! Holding good good thoughts for my buddy.

Teddygirl:: AWESOME about fitting in those goal clothes! Your body seems to handle the occasional binges much better than mine. Usually takes me 2-3 weeks to bounce back from the havoc that poor food choices plays on me. Hope sleep was terrific and that work is a little less busy today.

Belinda:: I have PP on schedule for next week too! Hope you were able to really lift heavy!

GIDGET:: WOW on all your workouts! You are really so focused! I bet you will not be able to recognize baby weight at all in a short time!!

AMY (original) Happy post tax day!x( I do hope it wasnt too painful yesterday... We still have yet to do. Thanks for clearing up the potential move time frame... I was bummed! Of course we'll go thru your part of the world! ( I have NO CLUE where you are in relation) but at least we can meet up for a long lunch or something one day! Thansk for good thoughts about DH & business, Some days he comes home so up & positive & others its like he's in a hole... I never really know what he's feeling about all of it.

Good Morning Ladies!:)

How is everyone on hump day? I guess hump day doesn't really matter when you aren't working or in school:) I know I was always excited when the week was half over:) but everyday is the same here now.

My scale is back down again today! FINALLY! Its reading 138.3 lbs, and thats what it read a week and a half ago when I weighed in on line and I haven't seen it since. WW's calculated that as 138 and when I weighed in this week my scale said 139.7 so WW's calculated that as 140;( Which was a 2 lbs gain according to them. And after having dinner at my inlaws on Sunday night, Monday morning it said 141.5! Ugh....anyway, climbing back down the ladder and I actually think I am going to see a loss this week. Maybe 136?:) Then Im sure I won't lose anything for another 2 weeks! LOL

I am going to do biceps and maybe triceps today. Or biceps and legs! Plus cardio.I really need to get 2 leg workouts in a week to slim my thighs down.We will see what I have time for. I was thinking of going for a walk this afternoon with my friend, its suppose to be +5 so it should be warm enough to take the babies out for a little stroll.

Traci, I use to love evening workouts. When I was a hairstylist ever week I had the same schedule so some days I would work out in the morning and when I got off of work I would go for a run and the scale would always show a loss in the mornings, I guess I was a little dyhyrated.And I always had more energy in the evenings. We would leave at 9 at night and not come home until 11 ish, we could run and run. I guess all the food we had eaten that day was giving u energy, but our morning workouts SUCKED! LOL
Weird thing, I have a very skidish dog and he isn't afraid of thunder.How weird is that? He is afraid of fire hydrants and garbage bags on the side of the road,...but not afraid of big noises. LOL

I better shut up and get my workout in. Everyone have a good day! BBL

This morning, I did KPC and GS Back/abs. Am feeling like myself again yesterday I rested :) :)

I tell ya the weekends I am so busy, plus I stay up so late}( Any who, the One A Day vitamins I took one yesterday with meal and I like it much better than Centrums. Hump day…hump day I’m already wishing for the weekend.

Tonight, more UB work, either PUB chest & back or GS chest & back. I’ll be back to chat.

Good morning..traci, thank you for the continued prayers and lori..you are the workout queen. my mom had an endoscopy yesterday and a nuclear test and still no idea where the blood is coming from. they may give her a colonoscopy today but she is really weak from the blood loss and has been given a blood transfusion. thank you all for your continued prayers. today i will be doing bootcamp(need to burn anxiety off )i too had the same situation with the scale, i lost a lot of weight in the middle off the week but on my weigh in day it said only 1 pound. i am not going to stress because i did ww before and lost weight so i am going to be patient. i will check in later:)

Lori,congrats on the loss,I went two weeks without a loss(since breaking my plateuo)and its amazining on how it efects my mood ,I just wasn't happy!well I lost last week so probably won't loose this week,my body's wacky!Your dog reminds me of my old dog(passed away two years now)he would bark at the oddest things,but never at strangers or loud noises!

Traci,I hope your back feels better as the day progresses,and I'll send ya some energizing vibes too:D!

I've got body fusion on the calender today,so lord help me!;-)I made myself finish the whole thing last week,(w/all the jumps)so now Im obligated to finish it everytime I do it,guess in a way thats good!

Good Morning! Yes, it's morning and I'm up and about! I feel that's amazing as I work nights!

Yesterday I indulged after dropping off the tax stuff (DH made it sound so much more involved that running in and dropping it off!) and got myself a pedicure. I have been needing one for the better part of a month! It felt wonderful to sit in the massage chair, having my toes done, reading my new Oxygen magazine!!!

Anyway, I think that I'm going to change things up a bit and go to a WI meeting today at noon instead of waiting until tomorrow. I need to go grocery shopping anyway and it's a perfect excuse to get my butt in gear, get a workout in this morning, and get out the door! I usually weigh less in the afternoons, but this morning, I stepped on the scale and about fell over....181.7!! I know that sounds heavy to all of you, but that's down 8 lbs in the last 3 weeks for me!!! I think that FF's rotation is doing me some good!!! Yea!!! I had been that weight before Christmas, but the scale has kept creeping up and up and up since!x(

Anyway, after I get the bills paid, sip some coffee (not too much mind you!), I believe that Drill Max cardio only is on tap for me.

Traci- I am sorry that the storms are depriving you of the sleep that you're short on in the first place! I haven't heard when we are supposed to get them, but it's usually over the weekend.....when I work, so that's not so bad! I hope that you get a nap in and catch up on the ZZZZZZ's!!

Gidget- I totally understand about the rounding up/down frustration! It's upsetting to see a higher number than what you know is to be true, but just think, that makes that loss that much bigger!!!:7

Mary- More prayers to you and you mom!

Amy, your pedicure sounds wonderful! My feet need some attention right now but I don't think they are gonna get it anytime soon. I get at them myself every once in a while but that rough skin comes back over night! And why is that most men have feet like a babies? Is it b/c they do no work?:) The scale is a strange thing.If I lose big this week that will be the 3rd second week...did that make sense?Every second week I drop 4-5 lbs and gain a couple back the following week.Atleast if I get to 135 this week, then the scale will only go back up to 137 which means I still lost 2 lbs .

Mary, BC is one of my favorite workouts and it goes by so fast. You need something to keep your mind off of things, even if its only for an hour.Let us know how things go with your mom.

Amy.A3-I know the baby weight will come off eventually, it will just take a little bit of time. They tell you to give yourself 9 m to lose it cause it took 9 m to gain it....Im hoping to have the last 10 gone before 7 more monthes! LOL I have 2 stange dogs. The younger one is the weirdest and he barks at nothing. I think he sees ghost sometimes.


So far, I have done GS Biceps and Triceps and MM B&T. I was gonna do Step Blast but Rylan woke up to be feed, now I don't know what I am doing. Its getting close to lunch time and I am getting hungry. I don't know if I will get ont he TM will DH comes home for lunch or if I will eat with everyone else and workout later.

Hi, everyone! Don't laugh - I'm sitting here in a legal firm conference room working from my wireless card. I'm a judge for the Stoel Rives Innovation awards in Utah, and they have to put me in the "Chemicals" category to recuse me from the technology categories since I have clients in all of those... ;) }( :7

Had to check in. My workout was 15 minutes of iMax3 followed by 45 min. of Rythmic Step - you can guess what happened at 6:00 a.m. (ha, ha, ha!) The very high impact was too much for me today, but RS felt wonderful.

A few notes -AMY!!!!! 8 pounds in 3 weeks!!!! You are amazing, girl. Whatever it is you're doing, it's working. I am so happy your patience and hard work have paid off. You're on a roll. So relieved to hear your indulgence was a pedicure, and not something like cheesecake or high calorie food! }( :p

LoriG, sounds like you're having a great morning so far.

Amy3, glad your plateau is dropping!!! Great news on that.

Didn't weigh this morning - but just for fun tried on a couple of my swimsuits in front of the mirror. Definite improvement - but definite 5 or so final lbs. to go. Confirmed my suspicions, but in a nice way :)

Okay, I finally did it, I ordered HSTA, ;) I hope I like it, now that I'm getting into more Circuit workouts, tons of leg presses }( :p

You know, I swear I had Cardio & Weights on vhs. I looked for it yesterday, Maybe I was seeing Circuit Max hm.....tho, CM is no jokex( its a goodie x( I do have it on vhs one dayx( I’m going to just pop it in my vcr and sweat, don’t laugh at me, cuz, it’s a hard workout.

I had to go and look, I do have Cardio & Weights its part of the Intensity Series DUH! :7 I have the whole series on VHSx( That’s what I get! I should use the workouts more.

Hi Girls,

Finally have my workout completed:) I decided to go ahead and do SB while the baby was asleep and of course as soon as I started his eyes came open. With every segment, I kept telling myself ,"if he lets me do one more I'll be happy" but he went back to sleep after seg 2 so I did it all.I don't remember those blast at the end though...prehaps I never did them before! LOL:)

So, its almost 3 and I am just having lunch.I guess I won't be needing my afternoon snack.

Cheryl, I would not want to put on a swim suit right now! Better you then me:)

Belinda, have fun with CTX. I haven't done those in a while either. Gee, I have alot of workouts to do.

Tedygirl, glad you found your workouts.I own those on VHS as well.Its a pain but oh well. Im certainly not ordering dvds when my vhs ones are fine. You will enjoy HSTA....she moves really fast though but after the first couple of times, you'll get the hang of it.

Amy,8 lbs in 3 weeks? You are on fire:)

Alrighty...now do you think I will be able to fit a nap in today????

Yayyy, LoriG on Step Blast. I love that one. Did it on Monday :)

I broke down and bought Ab Hits from one of the YaYa's. This will be fun. I'm going to try to add on one of those segments every day that the workout didn't already include abs. For some reason these segments are easier for me to get queued in than the Core Max segments.

I went to Wild Oats in Salt Lake City while I was there this morning and they had Fage Greek yogurt!!! All kinds of it!!! I bought about 15 :) :9 Have already eaten 2 today :7

I'm a happy camper.

Hi ladies,
Today I have had a crazy busy day. I did GS chest and triceps this am. I have been neglecting my upper body in favor of cardio. Since this is my busy time something has to give and I love the endorphins from the aerobic workouts, calories burned, and of course more points to eat! Last night I found myself drinking Kale water. Is that desperate? Tonight I'm worried I'm headed for that same reality. I'm debating on changing my focus to more strength training and less cardio. I hate that I've lost upper body strength. Although, my main goal is to lose some lower body cush!

Sorry no personals today - I'm off to school. I did read everyone's and am sending you all good thoughts for the rest of your day.

Cheryl my DD bought Ab Hits for me in Dez. I love Ab Hits! I started doing abs almost every day! Today was my first time doing CTX, I really like so far! I can't wait to do Cardio Kicks:D

I never done the beginner rotation! Sounds like a good one? I started
doing Cathe's Nov.06 rotation. That was my first rotation:D That one was tough! I am doing Cathe's March. 07 Intermediate rotation! I like that one! Gives me a little break:D :D
