Good Morning:)

I was hoping to get up early enough today to workout before baby group but it isn't looking very promising. DS didn't wake till 7 and baby group is at 9:30....doesn't give me much time to wake up, workout and get ready so Im guessing my workout will be after lunch.
Maybe the rain will be cleared up and I can get out for a run! That would be great. If not, I guess I will do some sort of circuit workout.I just love doing my workout in the morning and having it over with.

Cheryl, good to see you back!!! I noticed you were MIA and it sounds as if you are going to be around for a while? I like being 123, Im just hoping I can maintain it. Ive went from 123-120.9 last week but I wasn't feeling 100%. Like I told DH, Im not sure how I got down to 123 so Im not sure how to stay here! LOL

Laine, did you get shopping after? Buy anything exciting?

Amelia, eat any baked lays last night before bed??? LOL I had a cadbury thin bar:9 about an hour before bed time. It was sooooooooo good and it made me want to have another one, but I didn't.

Belinda, where are ya today? eating lunch yet? hehe:) Have a good workout!

I still haven't ordered the new Cathe workouts. My plan was to order them from CKsales when they were released but they are closing down so I guess I am going to order them from this site. I don't know why but I don't get as excited about new workouts anymore! Weird!

Good Morning ladies:)

Todays workout is going to be step...just not sure which one! I haven't done LIS in a while,and i really love that one!

I didn't get my walk/run in last night,as I suspected my steam went out before school! I also made the mistake of not eating supper before school and came home SO HUNGRY-i made me a turkey sandwich and baked lays and I wished it stopped therex( .also ate about 4 chocolate chip cookiesx( :( . I went over about 7 pts:-(

So,from now on..im eating atleast half my supper before I leave for school! I just wasn't hugry yesterday before school!

Lori-Unfortunatley,i did eat bake lays last night(and everything except the kitchen sink!):-(;-)I've GOT to stop this bad habit! I too didn't order the new workouts only because Im so new to cathe and don't have alot of her workouts!

Cheryl-It was nice to see you post last night:).Im glad your back!

Hi, everyone! Woo hoo - I'm home for 4 weeks now and back in the saddle. This morning was a one hour run followed by PUB - everything but the abs since I covered them really well yesterday. Great workout! Eating was perfect. Feels good.

Lori, you are a big piece of my motivation. I'm determined to get back to 120, and the sooner the better (I have a small frame, so unless i'm carrying too much muscle that should be completely do-able for me)

Amelia, bummer on the extra snacks last night, but great start to today. Hurray for LIS!! Here's to a great day!

Belinda, love that Rhythmic Step! Doesn't that just put your whole day on a wonderful note??? Good choice!

Hi everyone. I had it in my head that I'd already checked in today, but apparently not. Busy morning.

I did end up shopping yesterday--bought a patterned camisole and matching top and then some corduroy (sp?) pants. I am big on camisoles lately. I also had to get a couple bras.

Today I went back out again and got a couple pairs of boots (had a buy one get one free sale at Kohl's). I also got a couple small toys for the boys because they have to get flu shots later today and I need some kind of reward for them enduring that. Anyway, I think I'm all ready for fall and winter now with the clothes and boots. I shouldn't need to buy more. Oh yeah, I also got the boys their Halloween costumes. Ewan's going to be Elmo (and the suit is big enough he could probably wear it again next year). Isaac is going to be Superman.

Oh, I also stopped by WW and weighed in. Gained a pound. Eek! But in my defense, it was the first time I wore cold weather clothes to weigh in, so that probably didn't help. I hadn't planned on weighing in today so I wasn't extra good the last few days or anything. OH well, no excuses--will do better next time!

Yesterday I did HS Circuit using my Bosu. It was really fun that way. Today I'm going to do Pilates. I've decided I'll try to alternate circuits with Pilates or yoga this week (unless I get my new Cathe workouts before the week is out).

Lori, maybe you're not excited about new workout DVDs because you're too busy running? :)

Amelia, I had a lot of trouble with the eating--more last week than this one--because of PMS in my case. Not to excuse myself but the hormones drive me nuts! Does that happen to you?

Belinda, wish I could do RS too! It's my absolute favorite, but ankle is not quite ready for it.

Cheryl, welcome back!

Better go put Ewan down for a nap and do a nice Pilates or yoga workout.

Lainie-Yes im very hormonal during PmS,very moody and Im an emotional eater anyway so if you can imaginex( but I have no excuse for the past couple of days of eating....I don't know whats gotten in to me? BTW-I wouldn't worry about one pound gain...it could be anything really!

I went to the liabary and picked up a couple of books Ive heard were great...Alias Grace and Oryx and Crake-both by Margaret Atwood...anybody read them? Lainie you read alot,right? Any good books you can recomend? I use to read Daniell steel but I haven't read anything in a while! Im gonna give these books a go first though!

Good job on the workouts ladies!:) Sounds like everyone had a good day!
I went grocery shopping after baby group, then got everyones lunch, put him down for his nap and he woke up only 10 mins into my workout. Thankfully he sat there till I was done. I put one of his movies on for him to keep him occupied. He can also feed himself some pieces of stuff so I gave him a snack and he was happy with that.

I did HST and a 40 mins run. I only burned 480 cals though. Not much for all that, if you ask me. I burn alot more cals running outside. I don't know if its b/c I am pushing a stroller or b/c the TM belt helps you run so perhaps Im not working as hard? Who knows! But its suppose to be nice tomorrow so I run for me!!!!
