Good Morning Gang!:)

The sun as still not made an appearance yet and there is snow on my patio again:eek: I think we are going to be in for a loooooooong winter. Some yrs Ive been able to run right up until Jan but i don't think thats going to be happening this yr. Its not calling for rain today though so we will be running outside. I would also like to get a full body workout in as well.

Laine, are you excited about the new workouts comming? I said yesterday I wasn't excited about them but now I am wanting to order them!!!!

Amelia, I hope your baby feels better soon!:)

Cheryl, where have you been? We thought you left us! Sounds like you had a good workout yesterday!

Well, me and a pan of brownies got along really well yesterday so I have to work them off today.

I just want to check in quickly before my kids get up and they take over my day. Ewan's already up but stuck in his crib until I go get him. Luckily he sounds happy talking to himself at the moment.

Today I finally take my ankle along to the doctor and see what she has to say. I'm a little worried because I also need to get groceries at some point--I'm going to try to squeeze it in before going to the doctor. That would be no problem, theoretically but I don't know if Ewan will get grumpy with all the shuttling around town. He doesn't have school on Thursdays.

Lori, I am very excited about the new workouts, even though I can't do all of them yet! I got my new Cathe workouts yesterday and they look awesome. I previewed them partially last night. I realized I wasn't going to be able to handle much of the cardio except perhaps the Low Intensity Step, but I worked out a rotation using the weight portion--and I'll just replace the cardio with other stuff from my collection for the time being (depending on what the doc says today).

OK, gotta run get the boys up--will CBL.

Good Morning Ladies!

Im battling yet another case of the sniffles:-(,and debating on a workout. I didn't really do anything yesterday except a 30min walk/run on the TM at school.I did run for 13min straight-a new record for me-I didn't like the feeling I felt after I got off the treadmill though,I was very dizzy(Im thinking it was the allergies making me dizzy)! anyway,I may do LIC or C&W today,and some abbs!

Lori-Snow :eek: :eek: I haven't seen snow in atleast two years,it did flurry last winter but didn't stick:-(! Have a good run and full body workout!

Lainie-I hope your doctors visit goes well-nothing serious! I too have some errands to run today.The humidifier in my kids room died last night so that sucker is going back to the home depot for a new one;-).I also have to pick up a book today at the liabrary! have a good day!

I didn't do any workout today,I feel like crap! I wish these allergies would just GO AWAY! I have a stomped up,runny nose,my head hurts,I have a agravating cough and Iam completely exhausted. I called my doctor hoping that he would call me in something...if he doesn't I will just break-down and buy some clariton! Its just to expensive to me(17$)!

Ok,im done whinning now,LOL;-)

I started counting calories this morning! I get around 1300-1600 a day(depending if I workout or not). Lets see how it goes!

Amelia, Ive just caught on to what my probs are! We have a wood stove to cut back on the heat and light and its been lite the past few days. I guess the heat is dryer in the house and I always feel like I am getting the flu! Meanwhile...I was never getting the cold. Its just me thinking I had caught something! But everyday, around lunch time my sinus start to hurt...oh well, whatever it takes to save a little bit of money! hehe

We went for a 75 mins run today and thats it. I have to start getting more abs work in. Its really hard to get anything other then a run in cause when I do sit ups, he is crawling all over me! Im hoping to get a longer run in tomorrow!
