OMG, Jane!!!! My prayer and thoughts are with you and your family tonight!!! I am so glad that he will make a full, albiet slow recovery! Thanks goodness he was wearing his seatbelt!!!

Yes, I know that DH is not the devil that was put in my way to piss me off, but there are just those certain times that he does. Oh, and another thing besides the sandwich that he got me.....he brought me cookies!! He said that he remembered that I needed chocolate.
Wow, BM2 kicked my booty!!! I had to take a couple of breathers to slow the HR down, so I could give my all to the leg weight work, so it took me a bit longer to finish the whole workout, almost 2 hrs. I guess that more than makes up for the fact that I didn't workout yesterday, right???? I even did the back weights a second time, that also added to the time. It felt really good and since I really didn't have any time constraints to worry about.
Since then, I have roasted brussel sprouts (3 lbs!) for the weekend, have some chicken breasts in to bake, make Kashi 7 grain pilaf, chopped pepppers, steamed oatmeal and baked some cookies all for this weekend. The cookies aren't for me, they are for either DH or I'm taking them in to work. I can't have them in my freezer anymore!!! I actually did pretty good seeings how they have been in my freezer since early December!!! I haven't had a chance to look at Monica Brant's book in depth yet, but skimming through it, it looks good. I will reserve further review....but I know that it can't hold a candle to Tosca's book!!!
