Good Morning Everybody!
WOW,can't believe I'm the first to post! Well,I am up pretty early! Today will be a rest day and going to yard sales:7! After my walk yesturday,I took my sock off to find blood from my blister! Im sooooo sick of these gosh darn blisters! *sigh*! but oh well,its friday........yeah!

Good Morning Ladies,

We will get this out of the way....did I have a full nights sleep? NO Did the cereal work? Apparently not:-(

K...now on a brighter note I was down another 1/2 pound today. I am now 133.4 lbs compared to last weeks 136.9:) I also went shopping last night with DD and I saw a few dresses I wanted to try on for DS christening next Sunday but I just didn't have it in me and I wanted to find something that would be flattering for my body type right now. I don't expect to lose much weight over the next week so I really didn't see the point in putting off buying a dress but I REALLY didn't want to try anything on b/c I thought I would look in the mirror and hate my body. But I on my way out of the mall I found a couple of dresses I really like so I did the deed and tried them on and they looked pretty good. I was a little impressed. Sure there are things I need to improve on and my body is not as toned as it was before I got preggo but I thought I looked A-O.K:) And the dress was a size Med! And I probably could have taken a small if it weren't for these boobies:)

Todays workout is gonna be a run and Tris,Back and Chest. DD is also home from school today b/c its snowing so I won't be able to check in as often cause she will be hogging the computer.

Amelia, good job on the weight loss! Feels good doesn't it? I don't think I will be walking anywhere today unless I have snow shoes on! I can't wait for this winter to be over

TGIF……

Okay here’s the deal NO WORKOUT last night :7 when I got home put on workout attire, laid down for 30 minutes or so, that was all she wrote :7 I got up took 2 sleeping pills and lights outx(

This morning, I did Imax 2 :p I had tons of energy almost jumped to my ceiling, nice! :p And S&H bi’s. Tonight, I gotta help my sister with her daughter birthday party she's giving a big dinner Sunday, lots of cleaning tonight, I know she's going to work me like a horse}( }( She doesn’t know it yet, but, I’m going for a walk first, just going to do an hour not going to count laps ;-) Very big project at work today, check back:)

good morning ladies, lori i am sooo soory the little man did not sleep but i would give it a couple of days at least thats how long it took with my little men. i am not doing any workouts today because mom is coming home and i am going to sleep over her house to help get her situated. i will be back shortly

Teddygirl, I'm laughing at your description of last night - and woo hoo for the great workout with iMax2 this morning. I nearly pulled that one out, too, but realized I needed a lower key workout today so I did a 45 min TM run, weightloss program level 9, and B&G Stab. ball abs (love that one!) Just right for an hour workout, and keying up for my big run tomorrow morning.

I'm feeling GS Legs from yesterday. Yayy!

Bid D Day on the business - I sign papers and get my check this afternoon. Then it's official. I'm on my own with the new biz! I couldn't be more excited.

Hi Gang! Well DH went to hook me up last nite and had left a cable at home! URRRRRRRRRRRRRR This morning I sent him to the nearest town with a computer parts store so 2 hours after that excursion I am on line!!! YIPPEE!!!!!!!!!!
I have to go read everyones personals now -

Thank you all so much for the Happy 44th wishes today! You guys are just the best ever!! Thats the only reason DH held off on fishing and went to fix his mess! I shall return with personals- Gosh I'm just so happy to be with everyone while I'm vacationing! :7

Today, I’m wearing my fat pants, they are tight in my thighs. I’m okay with that;) Just lets me know, I’m building muscle’s, its leaning time ;)

I noticed Leg&Glute slims my legs like crazy, B&G although, it's an excellent lower body workout, just can not compare, B&G put muscles in my legs, I like it, there are just not thick enough, yet, ;) but first I need to work on leaning legs down.

Any who I can’t wait to get out of this (((((((((((((PRISON)))))))))))) excuse me for yelling, but I want (((((((((((((((OUT)))))))))))


Okay I'm claim!!! Did anyone watch House, I think is come on Tuesday night or was that Monday. I stumbled across it and it was good.

Hi again gang! Trying to catch up but puter is VERY slow at bay!
Got KickMax BootCamp Premix done this morning and feeling very very happy tomorrow is Pilates/Yoga as my body is about cardio whipped right now. Planning on a big steak dinner for the big 44 celebration. Wont feel one ounce of guilt at all...

Belinda: I just read yesterdays posts.... My heart goes out to you and my prayers will stay with you until DH returns. I know that many of our troops are on 3rd deployments right now. I could never be a military wife and I cant even imagine whats its like for you. Please keep us posted on his departure and how we can best support you.

Hi Girls,

Just finished the other half of my workout. I did CTX UB earlier...like 11 o'clock and I waited for DH to come home from work to do a 6 mile run. I could have did it this afternoon but after I attacked the cookies in the freezer, I knew I needed a nap:) so I had an hour long nap and I promised myself I would run b/c of the sweets disaster.Now I don't feel so bad,I am pretty sure that I stayed within my point range though.

Teddygirl, I love having tons of energy when working out. Morning workouts were never the answer for me but I really love them now and its the only time I can get a workout in. Sorry I missed House. DH doesn;t like it so we always watch something else.

Traci, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!:) :) :) :) Happy to know you can check in with us all weekend. You better not be on the computer to much though cause DH may take it from you :eek: ;)

Cheryl, it sounds like you had a pretty exciting day! There is nothing better. You work so hard at lining everything up and hoping the big day will come...and then it does. DH bought a business 1 1/2 yrs ago and we were so excited hen everything was complete.

Belinda, did you ever get your workout done???:)

Mary, I hope you got your mom home and situated! I bet she is happy to be home.

Hey, all!!! Well, I'm back to work and the body just decided that it was NOT going to switch back to a "day" schedule this week!!! I was ending up staying up until 4am every night this week, then sleeping until noon!!!

Also, the body has declared a moratorium on exercising! I was planning on taking next week as a recovery week, but the body has chosen that it's going to be this week instead!!! I have not worked out for the past 3 days, and don't feel one ounce of guilt about it!!! I am thinking that I'm going to try and go for another run tomorrow before work, but I haven't decided for sure.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TRACI!!! I meant to scream it from the top of a mountain just after midnight last night but time got away from me and it didn't end up happening....and for that I apologize!!! I hope that you had a great day and that you enjoy your weekend at the bay. I'm so excited that DH was able to 'hook' you up, too!!!

Cheryl- Guess what??? It's *that* weekend!!! It's officially the last weekend of March and you know what that means!!! I hope that the split goes smoothly and swiftly!!!

Amelia- Yea you on the scale!!! That's totally awesome despite the blisters!!! I would heartily recommend that liquid band-aid stuff from the pharmacy section!!!

Lori- WTG on the scale!!! That's totally awesome that your goal is within the single digits!!! I hope that you find a dress to your liking!

Mary- Is your mom home? I hope that she is and that she's resting comfortably!!!

Everyone else, I'm not ignoring you, I just have to get back to work. I hope that everyone else has a good weekend!
