Kali, I can only imagine what it must have felt like to be dragging your feet all the time! Although, this is how I feel today, Im glad I don't feel like it every day! Did you enjoy your retreat with your old buddies?
Amelia, how was the wedding? The weather was really hot last weekend as well which made it really hard to get ready for a wedding. Plus the house was full, people comming and going so it wasn't a relaxed atmosphere at all! Did you take any pics? You should have a picture trail to! How come I have to post pics and you don't????

Robin, that was funny that you got those workouts mixed up. When I read it at first I thought you were talking about MIC, cause that one is long! I would have never guess you were talking about BM.
Nancy, moving is a workout! I was pregnant when we moved though so it wasn't to much of a workout for this gal. I was kind of hoping I would be so busy that I might lose a pound or two or atleast stay the same! Not the case...my weight kept climbing!
Well..Im not sure why I feel so hungover. I only had 2-3 drinks but I think they were strong! I just should have stayed home and not bothered with going out...oh well, to late now. I will feel 100% in the morning again.
Regardless I got a good workout in and not sure how.
I did BC UB,MM UB and 3 cycles of the Viper. It was about a 2 hour workout! Then I got a bath.
