Happy Sunday, everyone!

Lori- I am glad that you were able to get out and run....I need to get back into it if I want to do the local Double Bridge Run next February (10 miles)!!! I hope that you have a nice "quiet" time as well with the little one gone for a while.

Kali- I hope that you had a really nice birthday! I am also glad that you had a nice walk!

Cheryl- I would have NEVER guessed that you were 48!!! I can't wait to meet you in person, either! I am duly impressed at the 9 mile run as well!!

Belinda- Did you get to your workout? Mine was good. I didn't make any strength gains from the last time I did GS C/T, but it still felt good!

Mary- Glad to hear that mom is out of the ICU!!! I hope that you are able to get a workout in to burn off some of the energy and anxiety!

Tonight is going to be LowMax. I am really going to look forward to my rest day tomorrow!! I was also thinking back to the few days that I was sick and couldn't workout and how it felt like that helped my weight loss. I think that when I finish up the last 2 weeks of my rotation, I am going to take a few days off from lifting (sort of like the P90X recovery weeks) and do some light cardio and yoga that week. We'll see.....

I hope that you all have a great day (it's my Friday!!! YEA!!!)

Good Morning Gang,

Amy, you are up bright and early! We went to bed at a sensible time last night but DS woke at 1 but he didn't want to be fed. I tried feeding him but he just fell back to sleep. It was very weird. He as never done that before. After that he didn't wake anymore until 5:30 which was nice but my right breast was so full that after he ate off of the left one, I had to get up and pump the right, so I was up a little longer then I would normally be. Enjoy that 10 miler! I've only ran 10 miles a couple of times. I watched Million Dollar Baby one time while I ran it and I was STILL watching the movie after the run, that was a loooooooooooong movie:)

Mary, I hope your mom gets home on Mon! Get a workout in,you will feel better if you can.

So, no weight loss this week. Last week I was 136.5 and now I am 136.9:-( But I am not bothered by it b;/c for one thing, for some reason, I only lose every second week and I normally gain back a pound or two in that week and I didn't do that this time:) This week I am going to try not eating after dinners and to cut back on the sweets a little more. I did have a few treats this week b/c of DD's b-day but it didn't show on the scale.

Im not sure what my workout will be today. I have a baby christening today at 1 so I need to get something done soon b/c i will be busy for the rest of the day. I also don't know what I am going to wear b/c I haven't tried any of my dress pants on yet. Although, I did try some more jeans on yesterday that I hadn't tried on in a couple of weeks and they are getting loser.

I would imagine someone else as checked in since I started this b/c I stopped to make DH some breakfast and to dress DS.
I will edit the page after,
Lori:)

Hi fellow ww,
Yesterday, I did Legs and Glutes. And, I did some of my New Traci Staehl. Just trying to learn it, seems like it will be a fun one. Today, I think I will do some kind of a circuit I think. We shall see. This week has been a week of birthdays and family events and loads of stress. I'm hoping I can just get through the next couple of weeks without gaining. I'm not sure I'm going to set my sites as high as losing. My clothes are feeling better on me though.

Amy - Enjoy your Friday! Love that Lowmax. And recovery weeks are definatly a valuable thing.

Lori - I remember nights like that, with my babies and nursing and when they make that transition into sleeping through the night. All of a sudden your baby will just sleep and you'll be wishing he'd wake up 'cause you feel like you'll explode! I also remember milk in the freezer was more valuable than gold. Congrats on fitting into your skinny jeans!

Traci - I hope your vacation is wonderful! Strike zone for 7.95! Wow that's amazing that it can be that cheap.

Kali - Happy Birthday! I hope it was wonderful!

Mary - I'm thinking of you and your mom. Be sure and take care of yourself even with all of that happening.

Jane - I think you were here before me, I'm glad to hear things are going well for you.

Cheryl - I just popped on to look at your photos and wow! You look fantastic. Your in a size 4 now! How long have you been on ww? What was your largest size? I'm inspired by your success. And, congrats on your business stuff going so well. Saw your post on your Sat run, 10 minute miles with hills is something to be proud of, Fantastic!!!

Amelia - You snuck in on me, I think I'm going to change my weigh in day as well I think I'll make mine Thursday - that's my Friday. Good luck! I weigh in at home to save on money. I just can't afford to spend 40 bucks a month! Nor do I have the time.
Enjoy your day everyone!
Heather

Hey Girls,

Back again:) I didn't realize what time it was and when I looked it was 11:10:eek: so if I were going to do a workout it was just gonna be a run. Runs are always faster cause my warm ups are shorter then a step workout. Soooooooooo, I did a 4 mile run in 43 mins. Thats all I would have fit in anyway b/c DS woke up during mile 3.

Amelia, lets see what this week brings. I know my weight loss is going to slow down soon b/c I am only 7 lbs away from my goal, plus I am probably trading fat for muscle (or atleast I hope)so I need to change my diet up a little more and eat even cleaner then I was eating before! I can't workout any harder or longer so it has to be my eating.

Heather, I bet when he starts sleeping through the night I will get up to pump milk:) just to keep my milk supply up:) Last week I had tons of stuff on the go to...Im so glad this week is comming to an end and next week I will be back to normal.

Well, Its 12:16 and we have to be at the church at 1! My hair is still in a towel and I have nothing done. The only reason why I am checking in is b/c DS is eating...Im hoping he will soon be done!.

Lori:)

Hi, everyone -

I enjoyed a nice Sunday sleep in and am about do to Gym Style Back/Shoulders/Bi's and then some cardio.

Lori, nice job on the run! Your weight is going so well - and if you were able to maintain 136 this week even with a few b-day treats, you're doing well.

Heather - I am 5'5" and small boned. I feel best at under 120. I was vigilent about my weight through all 3 pregnancies but then got into a PR career and have had to lose the same 20-ish pounds now 3 times!! That does it. Thankfully all that I have learned in the process is now making it a lifestyle that I will never let go.

Amelia, I hear you on skipping the WW meetings to save money. We can help you with accountability here }( }( }(

Amy, hurray for Low Max! That sounds fun for today.

Well, I better get Crackin' GS awaits :7

Cheryl

Hi, everyone -
Workout was great - GS Back, shoulders & bi's followed by B&G Stab. Ball abs (love that one) and 45 min. TM. Total workout 1 hour 45 min. Yayy!

Belinda, enjoy your rest day -

Today is b-day dinner for son #2 - my bodybuilder - he turned 24 on Friday. Shish-ke-bobs plus cheesy potatoes, rolls and ice cream cake. I may break down and sample a piece of the cake (heh, heh)

Have a great afternoon, everyone!

Cheryl

Hey Girls,

Im home again. It was a nice outing and i didn't eat to much but I did have a sliver of cheesecake so the no sweets thing starts tomorrow:) I did trick everyone into taking cheesecake home with them though so I didn't have to bring it home. One of my girlfriends wouldn't take it home with her so I asked her DH if he wanted it and he said "yes"...LOL and then I did the same thing to another girl.I got some hard looks from the women but the men were happy:)

Cheryl, your dinner sounds yummy!:9 And I bet your bodybuilding son is easy on the eyes to:) :) :) :) Gotta love a man with muscles. Im allowed to say that you know, cause I am only 28:) Enjoy your evening!

I will be back later.
lori:)

I have a stupid question to ask ??:+ Which DVD is IMAX1 ????:+ :+ :+ :+ :+
I am going to Cathe's older Roations and I see IMAX1 alot!! I have IMAX 2 and 3. To my suprise I can't find IMAX 1 anywhere to buy ????
Maybe that DVD is under a different name?

Belinda

Belinda, it's on the same DVD with Rhythmic Step - along with Max. Intensity Cardio and Rhythmic Step and it's just called Interval Max.
That's it. One of my favorite Cathe DVDs because I like all 3 workouts on it (RS the most)

The dinner was yummy!!! I hit a new WI low by a little bit this morning of 121.0 - and managed to keep my calories to 1400 or so - but I had a nice piece of ice cream cake and 2 shis-ke-bobs. I'm a happy customer tonight! }( :D :7

Cheryl

Traci, are you home yet? We miss you!!!

Cheryl I had no idea Interval Max is IMAX 1, DUUUAH! I do have that DVD! Rhythmic Step is my favorite! I guess I am really a blonde today!LOL

I am glad your dinner was yummy! Have a great night!
Belinda

Hey, all!!!

Lori- I wasn't up early this morning, I was up late! I work nights on the weekends, so starting the thread at 1am is easy! Great job with the run! I can't run that fast! I do more of a slow jog!

Cheryl- HB to your son! I'm glad that you were able to enjoy the meal with too much guilt! Awesome job on the scale as well!!!

Belinda- I really don't know. I don't think that we've discussed it yet.

I just couldn't face LowMax tonight with it being such a gorgeous day out, so I went for a run. I ended up going about 3.25 miles in about 50 minutes (yes, that slow!!!)

I hope that everyone has a good night's sleep!!
