Weight Watchers.....**Sunday**

I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry!!! I know that it's past the 0330 deadline to start the thread, but I have a good excuse, Your Honor!!!;-)

Anyway, last night's BM2 Cardio blast really was a blast! I always have so much fun with that workout!!

I got out of floating to another department to work Friday night, but I didn't squeek out of it last night. It wasn't too bad, though, because the nurses are really nice and are helpful when I can't find anything! They were also excited to see me because they know that I'm a good nurse and help out when it's needed.

I didn't sleep too well yesterday. I kept having to wake up about every 2 hrs to go to the bathroom!!! I can't imagine what made my kidneys go into overtime! I need to save some of my lunch bag contents back and nibble on the way home so I can stay awake during the drive!

I hope that everyone has a good day. My workout on tap tonight is GS Legs. I have only done that workout once and enjoyed it, so it will be a good one. I need to dig out a yoga tape for next week as well. I may just abridge P90X yoga to fit into an hour before work. We'll see.
 
Good Morning Everyone:) Actually, its closer to afternoon now but Im sure its morning somewhere:)

The snow seems to have finally stopped , although I doubt I am going anywhere. I may run out to get some more All Bran bites. They are new and only 1 point per bag. There is 5 grams of fiber in one bag so I guess thats why they are so low.

The scale wasn't to bad today. I was up .7 of a pound. I got up at 8:30 with Rylan and I weighed 2 lbs over:eek: then I went back to bed for a couple of hours while DH took the baby. When I got up at 11 I weighed again and I was down again! How weird is that? I used the bathroom and fed the baby though so maybe that helped. You know when my boobs are full of milk I bet that weighs half a pound right there.
I threw out all of the sweerts in the house last night...or at least the ones that kept calling my name. I feel better now that they are gone and I am really going to give it my all this week to see if I can see 140 next Sunday. That would be a 3.5 lbs weight loss.

Im not sure what workout I am doing but I better soon make up my mind. I was going to run but a part of me would like to try low impact circuit, I haven't done that one yet. I also didn't get last nights run in b.c when I looked it was 9:30, DH was taking a nap and Rylan wanted to be played with. When I put him down he would fuss. But I still got a great workout in yesterday. Im also going to look through the rotations today to see if I can find anything interesting.

Hi There everyone....today is my lazy day. I did not go to church, and I will probably go from one set of pj's to the next. I am going to do some laundry, take a rest day, and knit to my heart's content. The race is on today also.

We went to see Breach yesterday. It was a good movie. Not alot of action, but very good. I was surprised, I did not really think I would like it.

Gidge, (do you mind if I call you Gidge?) I'm sure the milk had something to do with that fluctuation (sp). Good job on tossing the sweets. I'm with you on hitting it hard this week. I don't have a goal for next weekend, but need to dive in with both feet so I can keep consistent. That's been my problem lately. Do good for a few days then BAM! Back into seclusion. I usually tank on the weekends but I have to say I am doing pretty good. My eating has been great I'm getting a workout in, even if it's later in the day. I had myself brainwashed that if I didn't get up in the morning w/ DH, then "oh well". What kind of rotation are you looking into? LIC is sooooo much fun. I love that one.


I was thinking of doing straight cardio for a while, but I don't want to lose any definition even tho it's all covered by flab right now. x(I have recent pics but I can't find the chip to download them cause I'd like to show you guys what I look like right now so you can give me your input on what I should do as far as a rotation. If I don't find it I'll take new ones.

I'm off to read the paper and pick up the boys from CCD. Then we're off to a plaster BD party. Talk to you all later!

Another check in before I work out. I realized that it had been 2 hours since the baby had feed last so there was no point in working out until he was feed again. I tried feeding him but he just fell asleep so maybe I just topped him up again and he will be good for another little while:)

Lori, your day in your p.j's sounds awesome! I spend alot of time in my p.j's these days cause I don't go to far and I can't fit into most of my clothes yet, alleast not comfortable anyways, so if Im not going anywhere I will just change my p.j's or wear another lounging outfit.

Kali, you can call me whatever you wish:) Im glad we are both digging in this week. I wasn't to bad last week at all and I think I stayed with in my points each day but for some reason the scale wouldn't budge. I think baby weight is a different kind of weight to loss, especially when you are breastfeeding, I have to be careful not to over do it on anything. I think you should set a little mini goal this week, just for fun so we will both have something to work towards....whadda say?

K, I gotta get this workout over with. I decided to do HSC and a run incorporated.

Cheryl, how's your legs feeling? I like to do cardio after legs. Loosens me back up.

Belinda did you decide on LIC? It is so fun.

How was your workout Gidge? I figure I'll weigh myself tomorrow since I've been doing good for about 5 days and then set a small goal for next weekend. I'm currently doing the Fat Loss and Definition rotation which is July 03'. It calls for LL today, but I just did that last week so I'm subbing another leg workout.

Well I'm back from the party. It was nice. They got to paint a plastercraft. They had pizza and cake and I PASSED on both! The only thing that rots tho is I only had a protein shake for breakfast around 11 a.m. and am just eating now at 4:15! I should've brought something to munch on. To be honest I planned on having pizza, figured that would be my only meal today, but it was just not appetizing enough to indulge in it. :p
My cousin was teasing me cause he knows I'm watching again. It reminded me of how I used to be when I lost my weight the last time. It actually felt good to be able to say "no" and not wish I was eating it. I think I just may be on the right track again ladies.:)
So I had some whole wheat spaghetti w/ some baked chicken I made this morning. I'm going to do a few things around here and get my workout in. I can't decide if I want to do GS Legs or L&G's.

Kali, good job passing up the pizza - hard to do! ww spagetti w/chicken was a much better choice. Hard workout tonight, whichever you choose!

Belinda, S&H is the hardest series for me, but I think it's a good one to alternate with the Gym Styles and PUB/PLB. So good to have the choices!

We had chicken fajitas on whole wheat tortillas. For the rest of the family, I added chips & salsa and ice cream/raspberry milkshakes.

For me I had 1 1/2 fajitas (actually just one plus some extra filling) and my standard 2 Dove dark chocolate squares for dessert. Yum! I'm happy.

Oh Kali...don't be so hard on yourself, I know thats easier said then done but its funny how weight kind of creeps up on you and all of a sudden...BAM..you have 10 lbs on! I bet you had a good workout though, your headed in the right direction.

Well, I have stayed within my point range today and I had a great workout. I did all of HSC and a 25 min interval run. I can feel my legs getting sore already.I don't know what my workout will be tomorrow and I also need to do housework!;(

I will chat with you all tomorrow!

Hey all!

Decent night at work so far. Interesting thing is where last night I had 5 patients, tonight, I have one sick one that the doctor wants a 1:1 ratio, so it's cool.

Today, I slept AWESOME!! I had to laugh though, I woke up about 1 or so having to go to the bathroom and felt "fuzzy" above my head. Well, DH's cat, Baby wrapped herself around my head because she LOVES my pillow!! When I got up to use the bathroom, she didn't move, when I went to lay back down, she didn't move (she was sound asleep!!) and when my alarm went off at 3:45, she was still there!!! After I got done with the workout and shower, she was STILL there, but curled up in a ball in the middle of the pillow! What a goofball!!!:p :7

GS legs was good. I am a bit too hard on myself though when it comes to leg workouts because I get mad at myself that I can't finish the whole set of something. Now, squats, and stuff, no problem there. But the static lunges? Forget it! I have to stop early on them. I guess it leave room for improvement, right?? Anyway, tonight I was able to up my weight with the squats, though from #35 to #40 and was at muscle failure at the end of the 3rd set, so I was happy about that. I know that I'm going to be feeling it tomorrow! Heck, I'm still feeling GS C&T from Friday (just a little bit, though!)!!

Since starting FF's rotation, I have made a point to keep that notebook that Cathe is always suggesting. I really would like to see the progress in it!

I hope that everyone is sleeping. DH has another dr's appt in the morning, so sleep will be at a minimum for me tomorrow!
