Happy Morning to all! Up around 2:15 this morning and chipper & chatty as all heck! LORDY it makes for a long food day!;-)

Up so early I think as I strayed from no yeast etc... plan and had tortilla chips with my shell-less taco salad last night. Tummy isnt happy this morning! I was in "I could eat a horse" all day yesterday and didnt fuel properly before going out to dinner with friends. We have another dinner with friends tonight so I will have to plan better!

Butts & Guts Leg Blast premix on tap for today. I was surprised to see it is only about 48 minutes. The "Leg Blast" premixes on Legs & glutes is 70 minutes I think... Anyway, If I feel the need I will add on some plyo work from Master Series for good measure as it is "Plyo Day".

LoriS: :eek: So sorry about the migraines! Are they at all related to ttom? LOL on being kicked out of check-in...."Good Mood" is NOT a requirement around here as you may recall from past posts! We all can relate to ups & downs at some level.


Belinda: :D AWESOME workout yesterday! I really thnk that 30 minutes ssc + 10 minutes hills is all our bodies need most of the time. No need to cardio yourself to death if not necessary! If you take a rest day today, I hope it is wonderful! Maybe some stretches for those legs is in order?


Gidget: :7 You'll be pleased to know that we are 10 degrees warmer in Houston this morning so NO COMPLAINING from me! LOL Hope you caught some much needed zzzzzzzzzz's & that baby is not becoming like me.... Sleep an hour- wake up -sleep an hour wake up! Oh what a problem child I was!


Amy: :eek: LOL on haircut! Glad I didnt miss a post with you saying you couldnt leave the house!!! Bad haircuts irritate me but because I wear it up in a clip or ponytail 95% of time it "aint no big" thing to me! I've never had greek yogurt but Cheryl had said that she had some earlier in the week and liked it but couldnt find any in the store.... I dont eat it except with Greek food and Pita bread! }(
Hope work goes smoothly this weekend and you have at least a fun thing or 2 planned for non sleep / non work hours. SORRY about computer issues... urrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Cheryl: :7 Dont know if you're checking in this bonding weekend but hope you arrived safely and are having a blast! How many pics do you think will be taken this weekend? Have a FABULOUS time!

Good morning Traci and all the other WWer's!

Traci - DD and I are suppose to go to a bridal fair at a local winery today to sample wine, foods they cater... etc... if she is able to get up here. Her fiance had his wisdom teeth cut out yesterday and she may be playing the role of nurse if he isn't feeling any better today. I'm waiting to hear from her to see what my plans will be today. I have to go to the grocery store sometimes today and I'll see DS when I'm down that way.

My workout today will be Cardio Kicks which I was suppose to do yesterday but didn't. I got the Friday afternoon lazies and the Girl Scout cookies attacked me after DH got home with the keys... and I definitely feel like I've been attacked this morning... I woke up feeling like crap... you'd think I'd learn but I'm beginning to think I'm too old to be trained! Sooo.... I'm nursing a nasty sugar hangover this morning and feel like a puffer fish, I'm so blown up! I may try a double header with Butts and Guts this afternoon if I can hold up to it.

Okay enough of confession time.... off to start my day!

Traci - I see you gave into a restriction too.... but I'm sure your sin wasn't as egregious as mine! I still ask myself how I let myself slide back into old patterns....

Good Morning ladies!

I feel a bit better today then yesterday, sleep wise that is. Rylan actually went to sleep last night! I was so releived b/c I really thought we were gonna get a repeat of the night before. I woke up 2x to change my pj's though.I was sweating so much.
I didn't get a workout in yesterday but I will today. I don't have a clue what I am doing and the rotation kinda got kicked to the curb.I'll figure something out.

Traci, have you lost it? Up at 2:15...and you stay up? If I were your hubby I would think that you didn't like sleeping with me. I have a friend who lives in Houston and she loves it there. but she is thinking about moving back to England.
Enjoy your dinner.We were suppose to have friends for dinner tonight but they decided not to come(they are skiing 3 hours a way and instead of driving home today they are going to ski all day today and leave tomorrow) So DH still wants to have someone over for dinner, he just doesn't know who.

Jane, sorry to hear you got attacked by the box of cookies. I hate when that happens:p Hope you feel better soon. You will after you get your workout done.

Good Morning ladies!!

Pretty busy at work last night! I don't usually mind if it were actually something to expend my time and energy on, but a doc admitted a pt to the ICU that had no business being there taking up a bed...all because he didn't want to be bothered with coming in to see the patient, nor get calls all night long (he know that we take care of whatever issue crops up)x( . As a result, I was pulled away from my very, very sick, unstable patient to cater to a lady that had no business being there (oh, BTW, she had been there for 3 days and signed out of the hospital AMA that morning, only to return again last night!!!)

Anyway, Traci, I am sorry that the insomnia bugs bit you this morning, but I am glad that your mood is a good one!!! Despite the frustration at work, I was in a very good mood!!

Today is Muscle Endurance, I think. I really kicked butt on the Cardio Coach workout last night. I really like that Press Play workout! Oh, Belinda, the best way to describe Cardio Coach is to give you the link to the site. www.cardiocoach.com
It's an awesome experience!!! My body feels like it got it's booty kicked, but my mind is refreshed and alive at the end of the hour! I'm not a "zen" person by any means, but the only way to describe them is that they are the most intense 'zen' exercise experience I have ever encountered!

Off to bed, I will check in later! Jane, I hope that your DD can go and play with you today. I know from personal experience, when I had my wisdom teeth removed 18 mos ago, I didn't want ANY one around, I just wanted to be left alone!!!

Good Morning ladies...Traci, I am going to do that leg blast premix today also. It is an "oucher." I will also probably add on some cardio.

Not sure how I feel today, I can feel that blog trying to pound a little in my head. Hopefully it goes away.

Hi Girls,

I am back to report my workout.
I started off doing 5 mins runs and then a seg of BC. I use to do this all the time before and it was a great (but long) workout. The runs only lasted for the first 4 seg and the rest I just did straight BC. Soooooooooooooooooooooooo...I did a 20 min interval run and BC. I really enjoy that workout. Actually, I like any workout that has circuit in it.
Tomorrow is weigh in day and I know I have lost some b.c I have cheated by weighing myself. But I can't really see a differnce in myself. I think when I hit 140...from there on down I will see changes in my body. BTW, 140 is only a couple of lbs away.
We are having 2 couple over tonight for dinner. It will be a healthy one so I am not worried, I also have 34.5 flex points left for this week. I don't think I even ate all my points the last 3 days b/c I was feeling so crabby.
I should get some lunch. My MIL sent in some homemade soup...looks good!

Hi again ladies - Happy to see everyone is so productive today!!!

reporting on completed workout...
1st 45 minutes of Scrambled Eggs from BM2 + Leg Blast Premix from DrillMax... 80 minutes of YOWZA YOWZA!!! Tomorrow will be a rest & recovery day for me with just a little Yoga to help stretch out....

DH waiting for my hands to help on a project so will be back later with personals

LoriG- That sounds like an awesome workout!

Traci- No kidding, YOWZA, YOWZA!!!

Tonight was Muscle Endurance. That totally kicked booty!! I won't say that I can't do the static lunges, but in general, they always present a challenge for me! I know that I will be feeling this one tomorrow...I just hope that I will be able to give Imax 3 my all!!!

I hope everyone has a nice sleep tonight. It's a bit calmer at work tonight!

Jane- I am sorry that you couldn't play today.
