Happy Good Morning! Its gonna be a fabulous weekend- I can just feel it!!
Completed yesterdays cardio workout after 6:30pm- maybe doing a PM one will shock my body! I had the 1/2 zombie day with 4 hours sleep Thursday nite so I just procrastinated on what cardio to do all day... Decided I could not go another day without Tony (its been like 8 days already!) so I popped in Sweat 5/6 from Master Series... PERFECT as I was in no shape to do anything overly strenuous at least not for a long duration. Its got 6-8 minutes of Yoga and thats good cuz I never did Yoga yesterday either! Very PlyoX-ish but all moves are just 30 seconds ... boom boom boom DONE!I felt so much better sticking to my cardio plan. THEN I woke up so happy today that I made myself get in a workout last night! I think following Tony really gave me a sense of what sticking to a rotation plan feels like in terms of accomplishment. Its a great feeling for me. I so enjoyed working out with Tony again too. He was really funny(dorky) in spots in Sweat 5/6 right up until last 1 sec of stretch. He is just adorable! I will be very excited to do another X round down the road and am very happy I bought Master Series so I can still get my fix every few days.
Today is GS Chest & Triceps + Ab work + 45 minutes of Kick
*Extra Tricep work to be from SH today.
I have to re-work my cardio plan for next week as I can tell my knees are not happy I am back doing so much step work... I'll have to rotate things around or maybe just use 1 riser on easier cardio days. We'll see.
