Good Morning
I planned to get up early today and get a run in before work but either I didn't set my alarm clock OR it went off and I shut it off! Its a good thing I didn't sleep in! Luckily DS woke at 6:30 so I got up then. This means that I won't get a workout in today b/c we are going to a friends house for supper tonight. Im hoping it won't be to late b/c I have to work again in the morning and maybe, just maybe, I will feel rested enough to run in the morning. If not, I don't think I will get a workout in tomorrow either. My MIL always cooks on Sundays and I will be to full to workout!
I did #1 from the HC extreme dvd last night. It was a good workout but I should have gave my stomach more time to digest supper. I didn't eat that much though...and sure enough my MIL noticed! Drives me crazy!!!!!!!!! You have no idea! I think she is keeping an eye on me b/c of the fact that I am smaller then I was before. So I had DS up the whole time I ate my supper, then he grabbed my plate and rice went everywhere. After a while...she says "are you done"? I told her I was and she says " you didn't eat very much" I told her that I was planning on working out and that I had ate a little something before I left work...which I had. I don't think she beleived me and I think secretly in her mind she is thinking that I don't need to workout! She just kind of looks straight ahead and doesn't say anything.
Anyway...that it from me. I may read yesterdays post to see what I missed but I do have a flight comming so I may get busy shortly!
