Hey Gang!:)

Im at my parents house again and enjoying a nice cup of coffee while I hide in the basement! LOL My mom runs a B&B so I go into hiding until the guest leave. I wouldn't care if I were dressed, but Im not and Im sure no one wants to see me in my p.j's:)

I was planning on running today but the weather doesn't look promising! I think I need a couple of good runs to get rid of (what appears to be) 3 lbs Ive gained! I will find out shortly cause Im gonna step on the scale.
Its just so hard right now to eat clean b/c I came out here yesterday with my DH, my BIL and my sister and they all wanted take out last night, so we went for some but I didn't eat much. I need to stop eating in the night time and thats not going to happen until people go home! hahaha

Im going to read yesterdays thread to see if I missed anything and then I will be back!

Yeah...O.K...so the scale says 131.5:eek: This is the same scale that told me I was 127.5-128.5 2 weeks ago. So its time to buckle up I think....no one needs to have control over what I eat and what i don't just cause their on holidays. I think we are going to visit some realitives today. One house for lunch and the other one for dinner! HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!! hahaha

Today is PH and Im going to try to go heavier:+

Lori-I wouldn't worry about the 3lbs,its got to be water! My weight fluctuate's so bad,I don't even pay it any mind(if I did I would go CRAZY).When my Clothes are fitting lose,I know I'm doing something! Besides,Just like you said-one jog and the weight is gone;-)!

Today w/o was BM2 double upper bod premix. Who gave me that idea to try this one? My arms feel like they are going to drop off. WOW four sets of push up made my wrist hurt.I did not have time to do the double abd work...maybe on Friday I'll do that.

Amelia, enjoy PH! And go as heavy as you can muster!:+ Im not overly concerned but I don't think its water weight cause thats usually gone in a day or two but I have weighed this since Sunday. You know, its so weird...I workout hard all week...running long runs..etc..and one bad day of eating and it shows. Now grant it, I can't feel it in my clothes and I know that once I stick to a couple of good days it will be gone again. Its just trying to stick to those good days and not end up gaining more!

Robin, sounds like you had a good workout! I don't know if I put that one in your mind but I have been talking about the premixes alot. I enjoyed cardio and weights the other day, b/c I did PUB before hand and got all the UB work from BM2 as well...but they weren't the same moves so it was nice.

I just finished KM and for some reason my dvd didn't skip during the last seg of the combos. I use to always skip number #4 b/c it skipped and then I would lose my heart rate trying to fix it! I think it use to stick bad to, I couldn't get it to play without taking it out of the dvd player again. I even cleaned it when that happened but it still didn't work right. Whatta ya know? Its working again.
Anyway, time to get in the shower before the little guy wakes. Although DH is here so he can handle it:)

Lorie-I know its frustrating,do you think that it could be some muscle gain too? I got done w/Ph and went up five pds(I know,Im a scairdy cat)but did feel it very well! I almost Fell over during lunges:eek:,just started leaning to one side,LOL!

Robin-BM2 double upper bod premix:eek::eek:double ouch! Good for you,feel the burn girl;-)!mmmmmm maybe I should try that! Next week is one of those split rotation weeks with the lifting! I love working UB!

My weight friday has been the same weight for about three weeks nowx(. The past two weeks have been really stressful so my eating hasn't been that great either! I've been eating my pts mond-thurs then on friday I eat what I want(but still pay attention;-))on saturday and sunday I've been slacking :-(. I'm trying not to beat myself up about it and just do my workouts,.....and breath! I'll get back on track sooner or later!

The other day I was so frustrated I wanted a ciggerett(sp)(I quite smoking about seven years ago and I haven't craved one since I quite)

I got done with Ph and Im still shaking:+ :eek: ,I'll bbl!
 
Went to weigh in today and gained 0.2 lb. :( I'm considering it just maintaining because the weather is cooler so I was wearing more clothes. Plus I hadn't been to the bathroom before I went to WI (I usually have). TMI? I don't want to make excuses, though; even if I'd worn the usual light clothes and gone to the bathroom, I'm sure it would have been pretty much maintaining--no big loss. I've gotta buckle down this week and do a little better.

I went out and bought a new coffeemaker today so I can get up earlier tomorrow!

I thouight my ankle was going to be fine until I woke up this morning to it hurting. It's fine to walk on but sore going up and down the stairs. So I'm trying to decide what to do today. I would like to do a step circuit but not sure about the ankle. I might try LIC since I thought low impact might help. If it turns out stepping is too painful, I'll just do the sculpting only premix.

Anyway, I hope to BBL to reply to other posts, but for now I need to get up and get that workout done while DS#2 is napping!

Lori, my scale actually said 134.0 this morning and that's actually DOWN from where I was -- so don't feel too bad!!! That's the breaks. We'll all keep buckling in and progressing.

I did 1 hour only today - TOM arrived (yuck) plus it was all I had time for - 30 min LIC cardio plus 30 min Power Hour (forwarding to include abs and plank). Just enough!

Good evening ladies,

My workout for today was MM! I will do more CM later with my DH ( he likes Core Max! My abs are still sore from the other day!!

Yayyy for MM, Belinda! I'll bet your abs are burning big time now. Those bicycles get me every time.
