Good Morning Ladies,

I couldn't put TGIF there...just couldn't do it! LOL Not happt that its Friday but I bet Carrie is! hehe

I am feeling alot better today! I think today is going to be a good day.

Im not sure what todays workout is going to be. I am going to go to the sitters with DS for an hour and I will probably be able to get a workout in this afternoon before I go to WORK!!!!

I will be back later gators!!

Good Morning Girls

Well,Im not sure what today's workout will be(dang I can't type this morning)but I do know its back to calorie counting-I feel just awful after my cheat meal last night,it was good but, I just don't like the way I mentaly feel after eating food that isn't good for me. I had about three slices of pizza and a big pc of brownie.

Lori-Glad to hear your feeling better today,I hope your first day back to work is a good one!

Belinda-Where ya at? Still unpacking im thinking;-) I hope your workout is a good one!

Lainie-so how is your kids today-anybody still sick?

Just a few minutes to check in before I take Ewan to nursery school. I have a parent-teacher conference with his teacher today--luckily I was the first to sign up so I took the first spot--don't have to leave and come back later.

Ewan is feeling better, but still a little snotty. I am feeling worse at least as far as having a sore throat and cough. I'll have to try not to infect Miss Willy (Ewan's teacher). Isaac is sort of o.k. but I'm keeping a close eye on him. Strangely he had a low fever last night but otherwise he was fine, and he was fine this morning. Brian got sick yesterday and went to late work and came home early. He came home and went to bed--only getting up to eat dinner before going back to bed. Then he claimed to feel much better this morning and went to work early. Lucky dog. I wish I could just go to bed when I feel crappy, but someone's gotta watch the kids. Of course, he does have a job, so it's not like he lies around much.

Lori, I'm sorry yesterday was so rough for you. I'm sure that today the only way is up, though right? ((((HUGS)))) from New York.

Amelia, good luck with eating better today. I have slacked off a bit myself. I have to weigh myself some time today, though, I'm quitting meetings and going back to doing WW online because I actually lost more weight that way before. I just have a hard time actually making it to meetings.

Belinda, I bet you're getting pretty strong with all the Slow & Heavy you've been doing lately. Good luck with the Clean Max workout; I need to do some of that today, too. :)

As for workouts, I'm sore from yesterday's BBC Shoulders & Back. I didn't do any cardio yesterday so I might do some today, though I had only planned to do a segment of Stretch Max. I will see how I feel when the time comes, since I'm still not healthy. :(

Hi Ladies!

OMG--so glad it is FRIDAY. (Sorry Lori) This week went by fast, which is so nice, but then the weekends go by even faster. Ugh! What is everyone up to this weekend?

Today is my rest day--I hopefully will do 2 sections of Core Max b/c I didn't work abs yesterday, and plan to eat really clean. But that is it. I am planning to some longer w/o's this weekend. Yay! I am also going to the library, pick up DS 6mth pics, and then drop him off at MIL b/f I go to work. Yikes. Very busy.

Lori--what time to you work today, and this weekend? I will be thinking about you. It will be hard, but it will be ok. Sorry about your bad day yesterday. Well, you got that out of the way, so this weekend will be good. What are you workouts this weekend?

Belinda--You are doing great with your workouts! Sounds like you have a fun weekend with company.

Amelia--I totally understand the mental guilt after a cheat meal. It's not even worth it Just get a good workout today and eat really good. It will be ok.

Lainie--Sorry you aren't feeling the best. Being sick sucks! When I was doing WW to the letter, I did it online. It was great--I lost alot of weight, and it was so easy to do it. I never went to any meetings. I have heard good things about them. Did you get some good ideas? It comes to a point where you know most of the stuff anyways, so you may as well just do it online. More convienent.

Hi, everyone - I don't think I reported it yesterday, but I did PUB and 30 min treadmill yesterday. A great workout.

Lori, I need to go back and check what all happened to you yesterday. Sounds like there was some drama. I hope you're doing better today.

Amelia, pizza and brownie sounds good! I know what you mean, though. Good luck with better days. I'm like Lainie - I just had a hard time making to the WW meetings and did better online.

Lainie, sorry Ewan's still having issues with his cold. Yuck!

Belinda, good workouts!! Bet you're feeling good about getting better unpacked. Gotta be a nice feeling to get settled in before the holidays. DO you celebrate Thanksgiving when you're in Germany??

Oooh, Lori, I am so sorry about your terrible day yesterday. I can understand just how you felt about DS rolling out of the bed. Yuck.

Of course you are a good mother. We all understand and it's happened to all of us.

I just had a thought-- I was inspired by Lainie's re-dedication to WW online, and had an idea. Maybe we could do a 'challenge' (seems to be popular on the boards) from now, untill Thanksgiving (I like short goals, more achievable). We could all keep track of our points just for the next few weeks or so. Most of us know the plan,it's just the accountability factor. Plus it would be nice to start the Holiday season with pounds already lost!
 
Hey Girls! Im writing this from work! ICK! I still can't beleive that I am back here already! If this is any indication at how fast my life is going to zoom by, I really hope there is an after life!

Today was a good day until I had to leave the house. I thought I was going to be fine and I was looking forward to going to work but that changed.;( Of course I started to cry but had to stop cause ya know I didn't want to ruin my makeup:) I have to call soon to see how he is doing, I guess he is fast asleep now anyway.

Amelia, I always feel awful after a cheat day as well. I guess thats the whole point in having one. Well, I think thats why the BFL program as one, just to make you feel like crap and make you not want to do that again. I find it hard to get back on track after cheat days!

Laine, glad to hear DS is feeling a little better. Thanks for the hugs!

Belinda, good job on the workout!

Carrie, to be truthful, Im not following points anymore. Actually, Im not even dieting anymore. I just enjoy this group so much that I had to stay! LOL Im passed my pre preg weight and have even passed my goal weight. If I lose anymore my mother will have a fit. I heard about 20 x today that I was to "skinny" ...mothers! Doesn't she know that you can never be to skinny? JUST KIDDING!

Cheryl, yeah yesterday was a disaster. If I knew it was going to be so bad I would have just stayed in bed.

Im here trying to gather my thoughts. I need to read some stuff to refresh my memory but things seem to be comming back to me!
