Good morning everyone. I have already been up for almost 3 hours, I've had a cup of coffee, and I've already dropped Isaac off at the bus stop, but I'm still so sleepy. If Ewan didn't need me awake, I could lie down right here and conk out. I think it's because I took a cold medicine before bedtime--those really wipe me out. I'm seriously having trouble writing I'm so tired. I'm glad I don't have to drive today.
In a little while I plan to go out to the library and the post office, but that's the only plan for the day--just have to wait for the library to open.
Yesterday I did the step portion of SJP and then I did the weights from Barry's Bootcamp Arms & Abs. Today it's supposed to be BBC Butt & Legs and I might do some cardio--not sure yet if my ankle needs cardio 2 days in a row, though (or if I have the energy for it). I'm hoping I might get Amy Bento's new DVDs today, in which case I probably couldn't resist trying one.
Belinda, ouch--shoulder work plus the punches from KPC sounds tough. Good luck!

Amelia, how are you liking BBC so far? I've only done the arms one so far and it was pretty tough.
Carrie, I love Body Max 2 but I don't think I've ever done the whole thing at once--I always do premixes. I had it on my schedule to do the whole thing but then I had my ankle injury so I still haven't. I think it's a great workout because it's so long and it has so many premix options. I love premixes--even put together some rotations of just premixes of the new 4DS on my blog (
