Hi everyone. Just a relaxing Sunday here. Today is my rest day, so I'll probably just clean house a little and work on my blog.

Amelia, maybe you need to lift heavier with PH to get DOMS. You must be getting stronger!
Lori, yes my legs are REALLY sore today. Ouch! I even had trouble walking to church today. I was at least smart enough to wear sneakers instead of the high heeled boots I often wear. Luckily we go to a casual church where you can wear sneakers. When I grew up you had to be dressed to the nines every Sunday. Anyway, glad it's a rest day--I'm going to have to work up to jogging more often!
Carrie, I also sent a friend request to Jen. I do feel like Jen is one of my internet "friends" because we send occasional emails back and forth (not just when I buy DVDs from her). She's really sweet.

ETA: I forgot to mention that after my jog yesterday and after posting on here, I got up and did some weights for my back and shoulders, as well as some core work. I didn't follow a video but just did my own thing. That way I felt better about jogging instead of doing the planned weights.
