Good morning girls,

Today I have Imax 2 plus Core Max 3 on my rotation!!!
My chest is on fire form yesterday's workout!!LOL!! No pain ,no gain! Right!:D :D

Thanks for all the birthday wishes for my DH! We had a relaxing day yesterday! The weather ended up beeing wierd so we stayed home!!

Good Morning girly girls!

So yesterday's thanks-G thing was ok...boring though! Atleast I didn't eat too bad! had one plate and didn't eat all that was on it! I overheard my MIL say that she was having ANOTHER ThanksG dinner on the day of thanksgiving...with more foodx(x(x(!

Lainie,^^^5's on your workout yesterday,good going!so far,the longest that I can just straight out jog is about 15mins! It sure is a great feeling! Sounds like you had a lovely veiw too!

Belinda-Imax2 is such a kicka$$ w/o(parden my french;-))I can only get through about thirty minutes of that one!I didn't know cathe made a coremax3? I did upper body PH yesterday and can you believe no DOMS:-(....late Happy birthday wishes to your DH!

Good Morning Me Ladies:) :)

Im just getting my butt in gear. When DS woke today, I didn't really hear him (he was kind of the chatting baby in my dream) then DS says, " Ill get up with him". Our company didn't leave until 2 last night so I was pretty tired at 7 today. Now Im up and DH is gone for a nap:)

Amelia** Im still not hungry from last nights meal and I didn't even eat that much but it was a late supper.I bet you feel better that you kept things in control? Its so easy to give in sometimes and say you'll start fresh tomorrow.

With that being said, since the winter is comming and my runs won't be as long Im going to have to tighten up my eating so that I don't gain any weight back,exspecially now that I am buying new clothes.

Ill probably end up doing BM2 or maybe a Imax workout. I would also like to get some weight work in.

Good morning,

I am definately feeling the pushups from yesterday. That workout is chest and back, and you only do pushups and pullups for the chest. It's amazing. No weight workout has given me the DOMS like that one. Today is Plyometrics. Dreading...

Belinda--wow, great job on IMAX 2. No matter how many times you do that workout, it's always a good one. CM 3#? That's a good one too, with the medicine and stability ball.

Amelia--good job on Thanksgiving. This is the worst time of the year with all the gatherings. What's your w/o today?

Lori--BM2 sounds fun. It's been over a week since I have done a step workout! I am kinda missing them. Are you doing a run too?

Lainie--thanks for the myspace--I added you to my 'friends'. I also joined the 'cathe' group. Did you see Jen DuBay space? I sent her a friend request too. Good job on your run yesterday!

Hi everyone. Just a relaxing Sunday here. Today is my rest day, so I'll probably just clean house a little and work on my blog.

Hi Belinda, you're doing a great job being consistent with your workouts. Every day you report a great-sounding workout.

Amelia, maybe you need to lift heavier with PH to get DOMS. You must be getting stronger!

Lori, yes my legs are REALLY sore today. Ouch! I even had trouble walking to church today. I was at least smart enough to wear sneakers instead of the high heeled boots I often wear. Luckily we go to a casual church where you can wear sneakers. When I grew up you had to be dressed to the nines every Sunday. Anyway, glad it's a rest day--I'm going to have to work up to jogging more often!

Carrie, I also sent a friend request to Jen. I do feel like Jen is one of my internet "friends" because we send occasional emails back and forth (not just when I buy DVDs from her). She's really sweet.

OK, I'm starving so I need to go find something decent for lunch.

ETA: I forgot to mention that after my jog yesterday and after posting on here, I got up and did some weights for my back and shoulders, as well as some core work. I didn't follow a video but just did my own thing. That way I felt better about jogging instead of doing the planned weights.

Hi Ya!

Im done my workout. I did BM2 Minus the UB work, then I did the GS UB's timesaver. The workout took about 2 hours and I feel good. I was kind of thinking that tonight I could do a leg workout but with the lack of sleep in this house we will probably be just vegging after dinner.

Laine** Yes, when I was growing up you wouldn't dare wear pants to church, it had to be a dress or a skirt. Now I think they wear anything. They are finally getting it! I don't think God really cares what you wear to church as long as you are there. With that being said, wouldn't be able to tell you the last time I went to church. I always have intentions of going but then I don't. I really should start! It would make my parents very happy! Good job on the workout yesterday!

Carrie** Have you gone insane? I know my workouts can be a little off the wall sometimes but Im not doing BM2 and a run!;) :p :+ LOL Sounds like your a little sore! I love doing pushups, they make me feel so strong! I can manage quit a few on my toes.

Anyway..should go play with my baby!!

WOW, Lori, a great 2 hour workout!!!

Belinda, iMAX 3?? You gals are kicking some serious butt today!!

I did 45 min on the TM, then the new BootCamp/Bi's/Tri's. It took me all of the treadmill run to psych myself up for the Cathe circuits. Loved it! Feel so good that it's done.

Amelia, sorry the T-day dinner was boring - but good that you behaved!! Good job, gal!

Lainie, enjoy your rest day!

Carrie, sounds like you're kicking some serious tail - good job!

Hi All

Well I am freakin' tired. PlyoX is really a draining workout. The whole thing is only around 59 min (that includes the warmup and cooldown) and I burned 454 calories! It's just that this workout is so high impact. Think Imax2,minus the step stuff (plyos, jacks, jumping, etc).

Sounds like everyone is having a nice Sunday.

Lori--HaHa-- I know what maniac you are! I thought for sure you would tack on a run after BM2, no problemo:7 Good workout today, I like the idea of doing BM2,step only and then doing the GS timesaver. What a good idea, and excellent workout.

Lainie--don't you just feel like you know Jen? The way she writes on her blog, you feel like part of her inner circle. She is funny and so real. I almost feel like I know someone famous because she is in Amy Bento's DVD. A real, live, exercise person!!!!

Ok, I wish DS would go to sleep! He is annoying me. Anyone feel like this with their children?
