Wendy, you won't believe this, but, Imax3 is one of my top favs. It's up there with intensity. CCC is crazy cardio. I don't know where Cathe comes up with this stuff.
Steph, concerning CCC again, I cant roll on my back from a standing position, roll back forward and jump up in the air. I have to use my step at 10 inches with my mat on top to soften the blow. So, i roll onto my step backwards, then spring up. It's really crazy to watch me, I'm sure. So, you get the super amazing award for doing it. Wow. But for now, walking is definitely acceptable.
Stacy, I'm so sorry about to hear the status of your life. Please know it's a season, and seasons dont last forever. Good luck sorting through it all and clawing your way back to the top. The Dukan Diet may be something you should look into. I normally have lots of energy and I've been very successful so far.
It's 6am here (been up since 5) and of course, we got to bed late last night, so I'm super tired. I'm going to find a short upper body and cardio workout to do. Wow, I need more coffee right now.
