Our hayfield made 495 bales!! A lot more than we thought!! Thank goodness a couple of people took more than that had originally planned. I only had to put 39 bales in the barn. I help the others all afternoon and just finished at 15 til 9 tonight.

I also washed my SUV today. All that on top of GS Legs may have been a bit much!

Well Traci, I'm not going to make you look like a slouch, I skipped CC#4 tonight. Got home late from my mom's, had a half an almond butter sandwich and then I sat my butt down and watched the end of a movie with DH & DD. Sometimes you just gotta rest. Awesome workout by the way!!

Haven't decided what to do tomorrow yet - maybe upper body, maybe cardio, maybe both. I'm off so I can make the time, but I promised mom that I'd go over and clean her house (she's just as anal as I am about cleaning, guess I know where I got it from).

Jane - I think you've earned yourself quite a few AP's with your day!

Amy - 881!! that's a great workout! I love the color comment!

Kirsten - it's all about getting into a groove with these workouts whether it's at morning, night or in between.

Sandra - More power to you on that dissertation and everything else you have going on. I'm amazed at what you're accomplishing! Feel better soon! When I'm sick I dont' count calories or points. It's all about getting better.

Traci - we make hot toddy's with brandy, hot water, lemon and honey. I've never tried them with whiskey.

Corinne - what counts is you got the workout in - Good job! Best of luck in your studies.

I'm going to bed, it's been a long day. I'm looking forward to a nice restful night. Cross my fingers the dog won't bark at 3am again.

I think that Jane just blew my measly 881 cal out of the water there!!! You go girl. I remember growing up when I got literally roped into helping dad bale hay. Fortunately though, it was up to my older brother to stack them in the barn (he was in football training at the time, so dad felt it would be a good workout!)

WI was great, this eating more it totally helping!! Down another 2 lbs!! If this keeps up, I am hoping to finally get in the 170's by Halloween!!! I joked with my WW leader tonight that it looks like I will be able to get to the 170's by the time my next plateau is due!!!

Claude- I am glad that you took it easy! You just got to every once in a while!

Tomorrow is a circuit-y thing. I may be able to check in in the morning, depending on if I go grocery shopping at 0300 like I usually do. We'll see. Now for Laundry Max so I have uniforms to wear to work tomorrow!
