Weight Watcher Point Question

All you WW out there:

How many points do you eat? I am 5'1" 127 lbs. which puts me at the 20 point range. WELL....that is not enough for me with the intense exercising that I do.

SO.. how many do some of ya'll eat or how do you do it?

I do eat my AP points but I always feel short changed a little when it comes to Cathe workouts. I feel like I have earned more than is on the chart.
 
Are you calculating Cathe workouts as high intensity? That should give you quite a few points. Otherwise play with different points and see if you continue to lose or maintain at that level.
 
Seems like I remember that your range would have the 20 pts a day plus 35 pts flex for the week, or an extra 5 per day.

I was hungry on WW unless I ate very clean...lots of fresh fruits and fresh veggies. I would have one serving of the meat and one serving of the starch then fill up on fresh vegetables or fruit at dinner. Lean meats. Not a lot of rice or potatoes or bread. Drink your water!

Oh yeah....low fat dairy helps you feel full...try a sugar free type yogurt if you are still hungry after a meal.

You should not be hungry.
