I just checked my DVD and here's what Cathe uses but you don't have to match her weight. You can use what feels right for you.
In the legs, she uses 10lb. dumbbells for preexhaust lunges, 50 lb. barbell for squats and static lunges, 15lb dumbbell for side lunges and a 40 lb. dumbbell for plies. She uses a 20-25 lb. dumbbell for calf raises.
Shoulders, she uses 5-8 and 15 lb. dumbbell. For chest, she uses 15, 20 and 25 lb. dumbbell, doing bench presses and flyes then changing to incline presses and flyes. For back, it's 15, 20 and 25, doing rows, pullovers and deadlifts.
For triceps, she uses a 20 for overhead extensions and then 8's and 5's for lying ext and kickbacks. Biceps are 12, 15 and a barbell which I think she has loaded at 25 to 35. She does curls, hammer curls and barbell curls. At the end she does wrist curls and forearm curls. I don't do those though, I usually do isolation curls instead.
