Weight used in circuit max?

question but I haven't had luck locating it
yet! What weight dumbells are you using
in Circuit Max?

In Circuit Max we are using either 5 or 8 pound hand weights(depends on the exercise and/or the fitness level of the individual). Enjoy the tapes (when they arrive,
