Weight training ?

Hi Cathe,

I hope each day is making you feel alittle better.

My question about weight training is if I were to do an upper body workout(morning) with 2 sets for each body part but had some extra time (evening) to do an additional set for the same body parts, would that be OK?

I don't think its necessary to hit the same muscle group again in the evening. Instead I would say to make sure the two morning sets are your all out best effort in form and intensity and then if you have more time in the evening, do a core or stretch workout.
