Weight Training Question

Hello! I've only been working out with Cathe for about a month, before that The FIRM. I keep seeing comments about muscle endurance and strenght. My body type is mesomorph-5'2", about 115 right now and I build muscle easily. I really don't want to look too muscle bound so should I go with more endurance type weight work? And can I change other workouts like the Pyramids to make them more like and endurance workout?

Hey Cheri!

Gotta do what works for you by trial and error. Wanted to let you know that the Pyramids would be more endurance anyways than strength.


Keep your diet clean and you won't "bulk". You need to use weights that still challenge you and you should still work towards progressive overload.
