Hi Cathe - I was wondering if you'd be able to tell me which exercise(s) I could do in order to work the lower portion of the tricep (where it meets the elbow). I'm okay with the other muscles in the tricep, its just that particular area.
In addition, in reference to weight training, are 3 sets of about 4-5 different exercises enough to get very substantial results if worked once/week? I used to do 4 sets for the first exercise for every body part, but I would like to cut back to 3.
