weight training for upper and lower body w/o using a step

I'm an advanced exceriser and new to cathe's workouts. I recently moved to a small apartment and don't have much storage space for a barbell, step or a ball. By reading the forum I see KPC is great for cardio. What would you suggest for weight training for upper and lower body that would not require a step and can be used with dumbells. The only step I have is the fanny lifter. Thanks.
 
Hi, Cathe's Muscle Endurance and Push Pull tapes don't require a step. She uses a high step which you can easily substitute with your fanny lifter. You could modify the parts where she uses a barbell with your dumbbells pretty easily. Even the workouts where she does use a step you could do the workouts lying on the floor instead.

IF you can afford it, get a stability ball. It is a cheaper form of a step and serves as a great weight bench with core benefits.....
