I have a question regarding lifting weights and keeping your feet moving. Is there any benefit to "step touching" or "heels forward" while doing bicep curls, front raises, etc. with a body bar or dumbells? Why would an instructor do this? It seem to me that moving while lifting would cause unnecessary strain on the back. I have not found any information on-line and need your help.
