I've wondered if anyone out there has experienced a HUGE increase in their appetite while weight training? I realize that the body needs more nutrients to support muscle growth, and I'm sure it's an individual thing. I've just noticed that my calorie intake has increased by like 500 (!!!) per day! Anyone else notice that you're just FAMISHED while weight training? For those that count calories, how much extra are you consuming??
