Can you tell me the weight Cathe uses in Pure strenght series, PUB and S & H workouts please? Thank you.

Hi Mariángeles,

She's all over the map with these workouts, depending on the body part. Is there a specific exercise you're interested in knowing the weight amount for? In PUB and SH she's really good about telling you the weight she's using, but you need to work a bit harder to figure it out for Pure Strength. It would take quite some time for me to type out every exercise and her weights for it, but if you have specific moves you want to know about, I'd be glad to check my notes and get back to you.

Overhead Triceps Press: 20/20/20 & 15
Lying Triceps Press: 8/8/8

Barbell Curls: 30/25/25
Wrist Curls: 25
Reverse Curls: 5

PS series is much harder...she uses a different type of weight system so hard to tell from just looking, and she doesn't tell you much about it as she does in later workouts. However, I do have PS weights used by Cathe as told by someone at another forum...I think it's mostly educated guesses. When I find it, I'll post it for you.

Seems like the PS Series I remember her mentioning that her bb was 35 lbs at some point. She doesn't mention it most of the time, in PS though.

You're probably right about that...I know she says it's 35 lbs. in MIS & I had assumed it would be about the same for those two workouts as they were put out around the same time.

Here is the PS information I told you about. Remember, it is from another person on another forum so I can't really vouch for it. I think it is a combination of careful observation & educated guessing. So it's probably close enough for jazz.

p.s. Edited to say, I don't know what happened to this posting...how it got so huge, and I don't know how to compress it back to normal size. I've seen it once or twice on here in the past & from experience I wanted to tell you, if you print this out, tell your printer to only print page 1 & 2, or it will spit out blank sheets at you forever. Yeesh!

I try emailing you but the email keeps jumping back to me. I just want to know I have a copy in Word doc of all the weight that Cathe uses. Someone from this forum email them to me a year ago. If you want them email me and I will email them to you.
