Weight selection question for previous Cathe workouts

Hi Cathe, Your workouts are the best!!! Thank-you. I have every tape/dvd you have produced. My question is about weight selection for your previous strength training workouts. Can you suggest a weight selection parameter for your previous strength workouts like you did for STS? I'm not sure I was lifting at the proper weight all these years, compared to what I am lifting in STS. Can you suggest a percentage of our 1RM or some other parameter that we should strive for in each your previous strength workouts? I am excited to try each series again. Thank-you for all your hard work and dedication to helping others find health and wellness. If you produce it, I'll buy it!!!, Cathy

I know that suggestions have already been posted for percentages of weight and rep numbers, but since you know the speed of the reps for your workouts, it would be helpful if you could make a comment here. Pretty please???;)

Anyone know where to find that thread (where suggestions were posted for percentages for previous workouts)? I must have missed it -- I'd love to know, too.

I don't know where to find it but I did write it down.

15-20 reps 60-70% 1rm
10-14 reps 70-80%
4-9 reps 80-90%
2-3 reps 95%

Just what I needed. Thank you Gayle. I am doing the June 09' Rotation and today was 4ds legs I really needed to go heavier but didn't know until after I was all done.:confused:
 
I wish the workout manager would print out worksheets w/ weight selections for Cathe's other workouts based on the type of workout and our 1 RM's. I've posted a request in another thread.
