Hi Cathe, Your workouts are the best!!! Thank-you. I have every tape/dvd you have produced. My question is about weight selection for your previous strength training workouts. Can you suggest a weight selection parameter for your previous strength workouts like you did for STS? I'm not sure I was lifting at the proper weight all these years, compared to what I am lifting in STS. Can you suggest a percentage of our 1RM or some other parameter that we should strive for in each your previous strength workouts? I am excited to try each series again.
