Weight Rotation...

I know this is a common topic, but would it be ok to do the following...

M- gym machines: C/S/T
W- gym machines: B/B/legs
F- Power Hour or another endurance type video

For my gym workouts, how many sets/reps should I do?

Is it ok to do all light/medium weights instead of heavy? I'm short so heavy weights tend to make me look "stumpy." ANd I'm also not looking to spend an hour in the gym!

I'd love suggestions. Thanks!
