weight question

Hello everyone
I'm finally ready to start STS. My baby was born July 1st and I have about 10-15 pounds left to lose. I did the Rep Max chart. My question is ..if my weight recommendation is a weird # like 11 pounds, what do I use? Is everyone rounding to the nearest weight?

Also, you may find that you can actually use a 10# or a 12# weight, if you have those increments with adjustable dumbbells, for example. Because sometimes you're 1RM might be 11# but 12 is good or 10 may be better. Plus, you may be at a point in the workout where you're exhausted and have to change the weight you use anyway.

My honest opinion, I'll go to say the 12# and power through it and drop down the weight if I can't finish the set.

Also, like others suggested, I'll throw an ankle weight around the barbell for smaller adjustments.
