I own Boot Camp DVD for over a year but just did it for the first time this am. I love it so much I just preordered STS Shock Cardio (I didn't originally because I'm not coordinated at all....... but I'll give it a try).
Anyway, should I count Boot Camp as a cardio or weight? Can I do another total body weight like Muscle Endurance and Muscle Max the next day and the day before? (with Boot Camp in the middle) and can I also do Boot Camp 2 days in a row?
