I think any of the cardio DVDs Cathe has and you'll certainly want to add in weight training as well. If you're short on time, you might take a look at some of the circuit DVDs. Imax 2 and Imax 3 are ones that will most definitely get your heart rate up there. Kick Punch Crunch isn't quite the intensity, but still a good calorie burner and great for the core as well.
