i have lost 50 pounds in about 6 months and I feel great I did it with a balance diet something similar to weight watchers and with excersice. I am 5'3"and wieght 130 pounds. I will love to loose another 10 pounds but it has become so difficult to do. what is driving me insane is the hanging of I guess is fat that is left on my upper back and stomach. I do cathe tapes for weight training 3 times a week and the rest of the weeks i do either kickboxing or my elleptical trainer. Can someone tell me how to get rid of the last 10 pound and of this stubbern fat? Am I doing something wrong?
