i have lost 50 pounds in about 6 months and I feel great I did it with a balance diet something similar to weight watchers and with excersice. I am 5'3"and wieght 130 pounds. I will love to loose another 10 pounds but it has become so difficult to do. what is driving me insane is the hanging of I guess is fat that is left on my upper back and stomach. I do cathe tapes for weight training 3 times a week and the rest of the weeks i do either kickboxing or my elleptical trainer. Can someone tell me how to get rid of the last 10 pound and of this stubbern fat? Am I doing something wrong?

Wow! Congrats! I don't have an answer for you, but I'm sure others will. I'm really curious as to how you lost those 50 lbs???? Please share your secrets!

there is really no secret just control what you eat and exercise. I ate about 1300 cal a day and for the first 3 months did only cardio for about 45 min to an hour 6 days a week. after the 3 months i started to do the weight videos, I have Cathe endurance and boot camp and also have some tapes from Jari Love they are called ripped, 3 times per week. the diet was very simple something created for me by a friend who's a nutritionist. she created a diet similar to weight watchers were it tells you how many carbs, proteins, fruits, fats and veg you could have a day. This way was a lot easier than counting points, I hated that program. I am not going to lie at first it was terrible, I was really hungry all the time( and in a really, really bad mood, but after about a week it was ok!
It just takes a lot of commitment and knowing what your reward its going to be. right now I'm a size 4 to 6 depending on the store and I used to be a14 to 16 so just been able to buy the cloth that i like is incredible. Also I now look forward to playing with my kids before I was always tire and also embarrassed by my appearance.
There is nothing better than feeling good about yourself. You become a better person
