OK my summer's over and with the kids home and running around, I gained a few lbsx( So I need to know if I'm going to see any results with this rotation(I don't have a lot of DVDs and I'm not as in great a shape as all of you!) I only get about 1 hour to WO with my schedule and the kids school activities.
M-cardio(Imax 2)

W-PLB& 30 min cardio ex. Cardio portion C&W
Th-PUB
F-Imax 2 or LoMax
S-ME or Boot Camp

This is a general example. I also have to watch my eating and I add in 30 min of cardio if I'm running ahead of schedule(which won't be until next week when the kids are settled in school
)
Any input you all can give is much appreciated especially since DH and I are in a little competition against each other}(
