weight loss rotation

OK my summer's over and with the kids home and running around, I gained a few lbsx( So I need to know if I'm going to see any results with this rotation(I don't have a lot of DVDs and I'm not as in great a shape as all of you!) I only get about 1 hour to WO with my schedule and the kids school activities.

M-cardio(Imax 2)
T-PUB
W-PLB& 30 min cardio ex. Cardio portion C&W
Th-PUB
F-Imax 2 or LoMax
S-ME or Boot Camp
Su-off
This is a general example. I also have to watch my eating and I add in 30 min of cardio if I'm running ahead of schedule(which won't be until next week when the kids are settled in school:) )
Any input you all can give is much appreciated especially since DH and I are in a little competition against each other}(

Hi Tia.

I would try this:

M - IMAX 2
T - PUB
We - PLB & 30 min cardio
Th - Boot Camp
Fri - Low Max
Sat - ME

For me personally, I don't like doing the same workout twice in a week. It's good for the body to change things up as much as possible. You also get a little more cardio this way which is good for burning the fat.

Thanks for the tips. That does sound good I think I'll try it. With limited time I've got to get as much cardio in and weight training for tone. Thanks again:)
