Weight loss confusion?

Hello Cathe,

This question is for Cathe, but anyone can answer. I started working out on January 14th and weighed 194 pounds. On Jan. 28th I weighed 190 pounds. Over the pass two weeks I felt my body losing weight. Some of my pants were getting loose, my legs are getting thinner, and my 'love handles' are going away. But, on Monday pass I weighed myself and was surprise to find out that I still weighed 190 lbs! Cathe could you tell me what's going on? I'm really confuse by this and feel somewhat discourage. I'm 5'6'', exercise five days a week, and eat right most of the time. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
